We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThis is a very nice family-run guesthouse that is a bit away from the centre with a beautiful view. Rooms, services, wellness, food, etc. everything is excellent.The parking has two wallboxes for electric cars if anyone needs them. Breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. From a culinary point of view, this stay was probably the best of all our holidays in Austria. The location is of course excellent for a summer stay for hiking or cycling. We definitely want to come back.

Czech RepublicThis year it was not possible to ski to the hotel due to lack of snow, and the hotel taxi is free after 3 pm. If you need to return earlier, you have to pay for it.
Very comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast, dinner is a culinary experience. Great spa and the icing on the cake is the outdoor twenty five metre pool.

I t was easy to get to . Flight to Salzburg, then connected bus to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof train to Zell am See, then local bus to the bottom of the lane up to the hotel where we were picked up with our luggage and taken by hotel shuttle bus to the hotel ,all swift ,on time to the minute and inexpensive. Excllent spacious room with view up the valley. Superb half board with 5 /6 course dinner every night. Excellent Wellness facility with fabulous infinity pool. Ski back to hotel at the end of the day down a ski trail from the Magic 6er lift at the end of the day. Shuttle bus and free taxis to get guests at the big inning and end of the skiing day. Well trained and happy staff in all areas.

Czech RepublicVery helpful staff, spacious rooms, absolutely excellent cuisine. In the morning the hotel minibus took us to the selected lift, in the evening we skied to the hotel. Wellness with five saunas and a fabulous outdoor pool.

United KingdomIf you are here on a skiing trip, the hotel provides taxi for free only to the nearest lifts - so check before you plan you your way home.
-The staff was very friendly and accomodating -Food is great the breakfasts, afternoon snacks and dinners included in half board are fantastic! -The spa is great, especialy the pool ( its bigger than it looks in picturea, so warm and has a jacuzzi area)
