No soap in the dorm's bathroom, which was a bit strange since there was basicallly everything else you could wish for in a hostel.

I wish there was a lock on the door, so it doesn’t feel like anyone can walk in during the night and that the lockers were more secure. The locks were very basic and didn’t always work.

Only one toilet for 10 people was right at the limit.

Soft close hinges should be installed on the doors - every time someone came in or out of the room, the door would slam very hard.

Hostel was very clean..... Having no lift was a bit of a struggle.. (Was lugging around a huge bag.. And was given a room on Floor 3- not their fault of course) The bed was weirdly positioned (mixed dorm) Some of them are like a hole in the wall... So if you really need to open your bag/ luggage it was a tad uncomfortable... Bathrooms are squeaky clean... They give a towel which is nice... Beds are comfy to sleep in...

Can get a bit noisy with the sounds from the bar on the weekends, and more toilets would be nice, but otherwise a truly great hostel! Would definitely stay again!

I think it was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. The capsule style is great because it gives you a lot of privacy. The cleanliness was perfect and I really felt at home. All information you needed was easily handed. The girls at the reception were super friendly! I thank you for the great experience and for treating me well. I will probably return.

We were there when it was extremely hot outside and the only negative point I can think of is that there was no air conditioning in the rooms.

The atmosphere is very enjoyable as the staff is relaxed and open to any question. There is a terrace in front of the hostel itsself where you can have a last drink before wnding the day. The rooms have a very cool wooden design and everything is nicely thought through. The location is very good very close to the river and to the old town. We liked it very much!

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. I like the design of the female-dorm, it's really cute. And you can have a big curtain to cover your bed. It's the best hostel I've ever stayed at :)

It was a bit weird that the only lock was for the front door of the building. The dorms don't have locks, so whoever lives in the hostel can enter any room.

Such a lovely hostel! You get privacy even in the dorm for 10 people. The location is great and the staff was very friendly and flexible with late check-in. It's easy to recommend Montagu!
