There were only 2 electrical outlets (in a 7 bed room), luckily there were only two of us in the room.

Room window is located in front of the hotel entrance - place seems to be safe, but for privacy reasons, you will keep the curtains closed most of the time.

Amazing place to stay, unfortunatelly we had just one night and weather was not good. We could not arrive on time due to trafic problems but lady from reception made late check out for us. Room was nice, calm and quite spacious - on the ground level so easy to move luggage there. If you wanna go to Grossglockner, this place is almost there. Big parking place in front of the hotel.

They offered little shampoo bags but no soap. And we were there with young kids (dirty hands). It is not negative just odd not to find sth basic like soap.

It’s in center of Heiligenbulut. After climbing grossglockner we feel relax and good in there. Staff is friendly and they change our room with nice view one. Breakfast is fair. Thanks again. I recommend.

A bit difficult to find. Not many signals. We arrived in the night by car but we got lost. It’s in a street under the main route.

No hairdryer in the room, neither do they have one on the request. Rooms are basic and so is bathroom.

It's close to the entrance for the Grossglockner. It's good value for the money, clean. Breakfast was very good, not a large choosing pool, but more than enough.

Very poor breakfast included in the room price. Just one little bread for each guest and a bit of jam and yoghurt. And some orange juice that contained 95% water. We saw a very disappointed family who didn't even get their one little piece of bread and were only drinking their coffee (I'm sure it tasted more like water) and left.

The breakfast selection was not impressive, we were a bit disapointed. Then there was no hand soap not bodywash, maybe they just forgot it.. but i dont know.

The locstion of the guesthouse was excellent, with really nice views and scenary. It is a guesthouse and it lives up to the expectations. The place was really clean and seemed well maintained.

It was youth hotel for big ski trips, so it was sterile style equipped with street shoes downstairs in common shoe room, but it was not problem for us as it was almost empty. Matraces were not super comfortable and you could hear people speaking from the next room, so if it was full house with young kids it could be mutch different.

Very comfortable stay in centre of Heiligenblut. We had clean spacious room with balcony and beautiful view to the church and valley. Good basic breakfast. For our stay, it was perfect. Walking distance to the centre, to the supermarket and ski lift.
