Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent location by the Achensee lake. We hotel has a portion of the lake in its area and we can swim there. All facilities are great , food is amazing and kids activities exceeded our expectations.

GermanyThe room was a bit outdated and the sofa was not the most comfortable!
Breakfast was very good. I wish there was a little more cold meats that were not pork to cater to people who dont eat it. But there were Many other options to choose from. The staff was lovely and the playground and pool area were excellent! There were lot of classes for the children And the tablet in the rooms were very easy to use and very handy! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

AustraliaToo expensive for what it is and food very average. The staff don't smile and there was no where to saying that once checked out you can't use facilities. Only shown on piece of paper after check in the hotel at dinner. They never asked to see our new covid test or if vaccinated either. This was nit just us but all guest I saw on check in. There was poor in the waterslide on Saturday morning which we saw just before water came down. Hence no one cleaning or looking at cleanliness. It is a shame as it is a good location.
