The music at breakfast time in the breakfast room. The first two days of my stay at the hotel the orange juice tasted very bad. Nevertheless,the last day it was good.

All the staff is very kind and helpful, with the excepcion of a room maid. From the hotel one can walk to the historical center of the city and to the most interesting attractions. The breakfast is very good with the exception of the orange juice.

Nice place in middle of Linz, the "oasis" is a nice indoor sitting area where you can bring your food and drink or buy drinks from a bar, has bicycle room to lock

The quest for ICE cubes! It was hottest temperatures in 100 years! It was a daily challenge to find ANY in the hotel for 4 days. With persistence with FrontDesk staff, I managed to get ONE glass of ice each day!

Excellent breakfast, amazing service, attention to keeping food replenished and seating area immaculate. Staff was friendly, spoke many languages. Refrigerator in room, AC nice and cool, FREE WIFI, fast, efficient elevators, quiet neighborhood. Green approach to housekeeping and energy conservation. As a mature female Solo Traveler, I felt safe, staff was helpful, protective. BRAVO!

That the bathroom "door" is just a sliding glass which gets stuck and is hard to push open and close and then it doesn't even closes all the way - so there is literally NO privacy if you go to the toilet which is really nothing I want to experience when traveling with friends, no matter how close we are.

I loved the breakfast options - it was a nice and healthy variation, good coffee and even the possibility to make your own juice and waffles. The hotel itself was cozy and really nice with calming colours and a great staff.

There was a smell in the room, as if the plumbing was broken. We aired the room for a while, but smell was still there. Parking is tricky. Inside parking has very small slots and on the street it is expensive.

We stayed twice at this hotel. It is among the cleanest we've ever stayed at. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Low noise surrounding. Nice, helpfull staff.
