Overpriced for the offered facilities - no slippers, no toiletries, just some dispensers for soap and shampoo like in a low level accommodation that even doesn't work properly.

Selection of TV programmes (only English one is the BBC). The design of the room is weird: you can see the shower from the bed and they are technically in the same space (no steam lingered though).

Spacious room, lovely view. Better mattress than average, the double bed made from singles was a bonus. Tasty breakfast. Properly openable window.

A very well-located hotel if you plan to visit Belvedere Palace. The general appearance and the furnishings of the rooms are a bit unfashionable and tired, but the hotel gets 10 points for the breakfast! A very wide selection, food for every taste and desire.

I chose the hotel due to the location next to Belvedere, which was good. Karlsplatz is also easily reachable. Having said that, I realized the walk to downtown took longer than I thought. Next time I might try to stay directly in the District 1. The room was also a bit anonymous, with not a lot of character/charm.

Good hotel overall - I am not a big fan of the chain hotels that tend to look the same everywhere, and this one is a rather modern building - when you are in your room, you could be in Vienna, Cairo or Los Angeles, and you would not notice the difference. Having said that, the hotel is comfortable, pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is great next to the Belvedere!

- you gotta be ready for less privacy in the room due to absence of doors to the bathroom. But its great if you travel as a couple! - the stuff is ok and is trying to be helpful if you ask. If you don’t ask, they simply ignore you. The stuff needs to be trained much better, giving people warm feeling of being welcomed at the hotel and during the breakfast. - breakfast is ok if you don’t expect luxury and Austrian delicious home food. Prosecco is only on the weekend. - weird sounds from the roof all night long on the 5th floor. Probably squeaky roof during the wind. We needed earplugs to sleep.

Only 6 tissues in the tissue box, one side-light in bathroom did not work.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Nice hot shower. Great location to Rennweg Sation (can take the S7 straight to the Vienna Airport). Quick 20 minutes walk to Central Vienna. Breakfast buffet is expensive for AU$ currency but there is wonderful selection of foods.

Worn out furniture, cleanliness of the room leaves space for improvement: leftovers of some splashes on the wall in the toilet (prefer not to think about their origin), yellowish sink, socks and bottle from previous guests under the sofa..

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. The shower in the bath tub was messy because the door wasn’t leak proof. No coffee machine in room either. For such a good hotel, one would expect a coffee machine. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Love staying at this hotel.

I booked the hotel in February when I was informed that I won the opportunity to buy the ticket for the New Year Concert, which means I have booked well in advance. But the price is still someone expensive, almost the same as Hilton hotel, which is right next to Wien Mitte, which has better room facility and more prestigious. I requested particularly a room with bathtub, but when I first checked-in, the lady gave me a room with shower. I had to go to the reception to ask them to change the room, and I waited like 2 hours. The hotel was fully booked for the New Year, but it seems the house keeping department were short staffed. The check-in time is 3PM, but rooms might not by ready. And I have noticed there were other guests who had to wait for their room getting ready during check in. Which seemed a bit chaotic. What I did not like was my room's shower handle can't be fixed at the proper height, because it was someone broken. Also the pipeline seemed to be stuck, the water went down super slowly. Last time during my stay, the room facility was great, but this time it seemed things were broken.

It is the second time that I stayed at this hotel in 2023. I came for 2024 New Year Concert. The location is great, which is very close to Schloss Belvedere, the breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety and freshly squeezed fruit and veggie juice. I also ate at the hotel restaurant, as well as the hotel bar. Food was excellent, service was great. I particularly wanted to thank two gentlemen at the reception, they were extremely helpful. One was Anger, the other one I forgot about his name. I appreciated both of their help.

Price for Breakfast to high, Business travellers don´t need such a big breakfast in the morning. Would be fine to have a small business breakfast with a cheaper price
