Great location for getting around Vienna. The apartment is great for groups. We had 6 of us and had plenty of room. If you like coffee they have every option available. We only stayed a few nights but if looking for a home base for a week this is a must. It's a large luxury apartment. Ali was a great help checking in and giving suggestions on places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Nothing in particular and nothing that would be under the control of the host. The lift was broken and a replacement peice took longer than expected. In our cxase it didn't make a lot of difference but if you had someone with a disability or an elderly guest, it may have generated some problems.

The host received us before the check in time allowing us to get into the property after a long intercontinental flight. He was waiting woith the keys and helped us up into the apartment with the luggage and explained everything how it worked in the aprtment from bathromm to WiFi and TV, plus kitchen apliances. He also allowed us to stay after the check out time bexcuae we had a late evening flight. A cleaning service was prvided during the stay and also a free ride to the airport, plus tips of what to do in Vienna.

We stayed in a one bedroom/loft. It was a mother and daughter’s trip. The location is great! It is close to the Karlsplatz Ubahn station and walkable to many, many bars and restaurants as well as the museums and attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The manager Ali and his team are very responsive and helpful. As our stay was longer we did have one free clean, which was arranged for a mutually convenient time. It was a great apartment fully stocked with cutlery, cooking needs and coffee. We enjoyed our stay!

Extremely comfortable and clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in amazing location a block or two from the Vienna Opera House. Newly renovated and very well stocked with lots of towels/blankets/dishes/appliances/coffee and even a few groceries! Several balconies and lots of natural light. On 5th floor with elevator; we did not hear any street noise. Very good WiFi.

Nothing! Though, unluckily, our visit coincided with the lift being out of order so we had to walk up to our lovely third-floor accommodation. Good for the daily step-count!

Everything! Brilliant design, cool decor, comfort, generous supplies of coffee pods, tea and even a bottle of wine. Exceptionally good location near opera house. Our host was welcoming, full of good advice, and even arranged free transport to the airport.

The best accommodation I've ever experienced. The apartment is situated in an old-fashioned building along the main street. The apartment itself is very modern. The apartment has three hotel-class rooms and a kitchen equipped with almost every tool, including seasoning and two bathrooms. The host communicated perfectly with us. If I go to Vienna again, I want to stay again.

I will definitely stay here again. The room we stayed was clean, nicely decorated. The kitchen, although compact, had everything we needed, including an espresso maker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and seasoning. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the State Opera and the nearest train station, Karlsplatz. The owner was very reliable and helpful. I'm sure you will never regret choosing this apartment.

The facility surprised us positively and we were really impressed by the interior and the location.The facility is in the hearth of Vienna with easy access to all of the must-see places.The room was very well decorated in a stylish manner and all of the needed amenities were provided. Although breakfast was not included,they put a box of muesli and milk in the fridge as well as ground coffee to have your breakfast. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare your meals . Myself and my family were so adapted to the room as if we were in our home. In addition to netflix,disney plus and amazon prime access through the LCS TV, they had also put a record player with records,showing us how the facility management was so involved in customer satisfaction. Planning to revisit in the earliest convenience.

The apartment has a fantastic location overlooking the Karlskirche. We were there at Christmas time and had a lovely view of the Christmas markets. Also a short walk into the centre of Vienna and all of the major sites. Enjoyed a fabulous concert at the musicveiren which is very near by. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well appointed. It's on the top floor and there's an option of stairs or a lift. Highly recommend.

We rented a four bedroom apartment. The property is beautiful with two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the landlord included nespresso pods and regular coffee, olive oil and condiments. The location across the street from the Karlsplatz is perfect! And it is convenient to the Staatsoper and Hofburg, with many bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk! The landlord is helpful and attentive for all of our needs. Thank you Mar Suite!
