There were no wine glasses. One glass was broken but still in the drawer. Upon arrival, some dishes were unwashed and the dust bin was not empty. Otherwise, the stay was great.

A comfortable appartment on a fantastic place. The view is in itself sufficient to recommend it. The Maisonet appartment was large enough for a family.

We had to put together the baby crib on our own when we arrived, we found we weren't supplied with a mattress and had to let our baby use a duvet as a mattress. The location can be a little too secluded, when we arrived there was nowhere around to get anything to eat, nothing even within reasonable driving distance. If you arrive at night make sure you're prepared.

The property is located in a secluded valley and it's absolutely gorgeous. We loved the wooden Chalet, the lake, the open space and even the drive there was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious, well equipped and warm (it was freezing outside when we arrived)

Everything was great. Only strange that we webt 3 prrson and there was only 2 beds ready in the room…we had to the 3rd for ourselves with bed clothes…

Located in beautiful nature, the room had incredible views on hills and lake. The apartment was super clean and kitchen well equipped. Everything seemed new.

The accommodation is located in a wonderful environment, it is an amazing gem in the middle of beautiful nature. The closeness of nature is touchable, and quiet and magical places are easily reached by walking. The house was more perfect than we expected based on the pictures.

The location was perfect, it was really quiet. Town and shops are 10 minutes far from the chalets by car, but it worth it because there is no one else around the lake, except the other guests. The sauna was really relaxing, I used it totally alone two times - maybe because it was early spring not in holiday season.

The weather was windy, and the wind was blowing very loudly some metal parts in the chimney next to our bedroom all night long.

Very spacious and clean apartment, with nice view to the lake and the mountains. It was well equipped and comfortable, and also dog-friendly.

Nothing was open, didn't like the fénye around the like. Neither ski resort was open, nor Salamander train operated.

Sauna! it says we have had sauna access, but firstly was challenging of finding it. secondly the door was not opening at all. we tried to contact the hotline and they meant that the door is very hard to open. you need to push it. but we didn’t succeed in it.

The holiday season was over and unfortunately there were not many guests. Therefore the restaurant did not offer much.

there are saunas and welnness room in the building, but we could not use it, nobody told us they are even exist. it would be very good to use saunas, Im a big fan , and in this winter time it would have been nice to chill in the spa/sauna area. I know its not on the list of the features of the place on booking.com, but very unfair that you can not use something is there, specially for this price!

We had to buy some kitchen equiptments as a wine opener and kitchen towel. Besides that, there is nothing to say.

We loved the view and nature, the location is amazing. Also the personal was great. We asked for late check in and late check out as well and they were really polite to comply with our request.
