I didn't feel like the rooms were too clean. Towels were dirty on my first day. Bed sheets didn't look very fresh on the second night.

Small, cold room, no teapot or any other options to make tea or coffee in the room, no mini-bar, awful old bathroom, doors in the shower cabin were broken, shower faucet was located the way that it was impossible to use it. No shower/body gel, no soap.

During the evening, we went to bed early and when someone else takes a shower you can hear like a waterfal would start in the batbrom. I even went to check if all pipes were fine as I thought something is wrong. Only then realised that someone is showering above us. Cheery on the top - the staff. The guy who checked us in - lovely and helpfull, the other one who was there later on - shouldn’t work with people. My friend and I entered the hotel with two buggies (one each) and she was behind me nor only with the buggie but the baby in her arms too. Apparantly, we didn’t close the first door (absolutely not on purpose) so the guy at the reception was standing there, watching us struggle and after we came in he was trying to be funny and said - the doors are not automatic and my mum tought me to close it behind me. Well, his mother didn’t teach him manners.

Old TV and lack of refrigerator as well as not getting some basic stuff from room cleaning such as new cups. I wish they also had some slippers to use inside. Hair dryer didn't work either. Staffs were really nice though and it's bit far off of main area but it has tram close up so it was OK.

First of all, when we first came in the guy that works on reception was amazing and gave us all important information about city and metro (I think the guy name was Christoph or something like that).Our room was clean and ladies who were cleaning were also nice. We are going to recommend this hotel to our friends and hope to come again soon, but this time at spring.

The first room we stayed in faced the street where a building was being constructed. It was incredibly noisy during our stay very early in the morning. When we stayed, it was about 35°C and the aircon did not work in our room. When we spoke to the staff about this, they told us that it is because the aircon doesn’t turn on until it reaches an outside temp of 27°C. Since it was hotter than this we tried to let them know that we believe there was an actual issue with our air conditioning in the room since it had never turned on for the first three nights of our stay. We got shrugged off a bit by the night staff as it was hard to communicate with them as this staff member did not know very good English. After the third night of us having no air conditioning, we were finally told that the aircon actually wasn’t working on 2 floors at the time so we got moved to a different room which had a courtyard view. Once we moved to this room, our experience was so much better as the air conditioning was fantastic and we had no issue with the construction. The rooms were also very run down and a bit dirty. The bathroom of the first room we stayed in was really oddly shaped and the shower was so old. The staff were generally incredibly helpful but was a little difficult to communicate at times.

The location was really close to the underground train station. The rooms were quite large and spacious. The day staff were very kind and helpful and offered us a beverage at the bar as they had issues with their air conditioning at the time. They also knew very good English. We were also able to book a taxi to the airport at 5am very easily with the front desk.

We stayed there for 2 days. No one told us that we have to pay for the bottle of water and apple juice in the rooms. During the check out the receptionist told us to pay for the drinks. That’s not an issue but they could tell us beforehand.
