It's only a tiny inconvenience and it's mostly because I'm a male with a height of 1,9m+ The shower was a bit tight and it took some time for the hot water to reach the 3rd floor. This is really the only thing I can come up with, but didn't bother my stay at all.

The staff was super kind, professional and helpful. If you spent your Wintersport holiday here, you'll get everything you need. Every morning and afternoon there will be a shuttle going back and forth to the nearest ski lift. It's very pleasant to not having to drag your gear there everytime you want to go skiing. The food was good and plenty for what you pay for it. You won't leave the restaurant with an empty stomach for after any meal. Daily you have a selection of three different dinner options and one of them will be vegetarian. It's great when you've been out on the slopes and don't have to worry about dinner any time at all! My friend got sick halfway our stay and the staff of Panorama Landhaus did everything they could to make sure my friend was doing alright. They were very thoughtful on that matter and everyone asked how he was doing everytime I talked to one of the staff members. Which was quite a lot, because they are all super engaging! This really made us feel at home. The room was super clean when we got there and the staff made sure it stayed like that the whole week. Even folded some clothes that we left laying around. At last and definitely not least, you'll get a half an hour of sauna time with any room. I guess per week. My muscles were very happy with that after spending many hours on the slopes! Consider the price range and be surprised by your stay. I would definitely recommend to come here and I would come back without a single doubt!

The Hill lol

Such lovely hosts really looked after my daughter and I Food was great, something different every night. Great location, 5-10 minutes walk into Saalbac town and lifts. It’s quite a traditional, basic property but is clean everywhere and comfortable I will definitely return and recommend this property

I noticed that the small group of staff was available almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also hardly have any days off during the entire winter sports period. I dont think these conditions should be necessary in order to provide their guests a good time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They all worked extremely hard. Dinner and breakfast were great every day. The shuttle bus from the hotel to Schattberg Express was also a fantastic bonus.

Breakfast was very basic with limited choice or fruit. Dinner was much below expectations. There was no buffet, meat was overcooked , desert everyday the same fake cream based puddings. Had expected better based on reviews I read. There is no place to sit, no lounge area. Every available space,i ncluding the bar is used for dinner/breakfast.

Transport to lifts in morning and back in afternoon. Friendly staff. Manageable distance to Saalbach center.

Old facilities, not in the best condition. There was one large balcony for all the rooms on the same floor.

Breakfast was good, view was great, room was clean, late check in was possible. Property offers free of charge Joker card for local activities.

The hotel needs a little effort to reach it because it is located on a simple hill and the room is small but is good for 1 night..

breakfast was late one day, resulting in a queue of 20+ people up the stairs. the steep hill to access the property is slightly dangerous for those less able when icy/snowy.

nice friendly staff. housekeeping did a great job. breakfast had hot options and was always a good selection of fresh bread. shuttle to ski lift in am and pm was handy as the property is up a steep hill which isn’t comfortable to walk in ski boots. nice hotel bar. nice guests.

The light in the room was very dim. The balcony in the hotel was shared with the neighboring rooms. The room was very hot and the radiator was next to the bed and hardly adjustable. There is a slight climb to the hotel, which can be difficult for those who will be climbing with ski boots. The temperature in the sauna seemed overly high. The infrared sauna did not work. Breakfast was fairly monotonous (eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, vegetables and granola). At dinners drinks are not included and of course you cannot bring your own.

Very smiling and friendly staff. Great view from the room. We had a balcony. The room was cleaned every day and there was always enough hygiene products. The room itself is quite large. There is a shuttle to Schattberg X-press ski lift. There is a good ski room. There is a small sauna with towels included, which you have to sign up for every day. Drinking water can always be refilled at the bar. Breakfasts included coffee and juice. There was a kettle, tea and refrigerator in the room. For breakfast we made ourselves a sandwich to go and no one scolded us for it. On my birthday they did a little compliment at the bar. Dinners look like a small buffet, but they were always quite varied and very tasty. The meat here is cooked just fine. There was always fruit. A 10 minute walk towards Hinterglemm there is an excellent store. The center of Saalbach was also about 10 minutes walk away.

Breakfasts were really good with perfectly prepared bacon and variety of eggs. Room was comfy and clean. Also perfect benefit is the Joker Card which alow you to use a lot of facilities in the area for free (i.e. cable cars, adventure swimming pool, ..).
