The hosts were super responsive and provided assistance before our arrival, which was way later than the estimated time. The room was clean and spacious, with enough space for bags and wardrobe. We stayed two nights but had a huge luggage due to a long trip. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. A terrace garden was sweet and fits morning coffee needs. The entrance and the garage were good, from the main street. The location is perfect. Not so far from the city centre, we only walked, markets and tram stops are nearby.

The reception working hours is little bit tight and if you are late to check in you pay for it. If it is a hotel concept then this is nonsense I guess.

It was really comfortable especially for long stays. You feel at home and to spent time in the room is easy especially the when the weather is nice the balcony is great.

My recent stay at Parks 73 Townhouse in Vienna was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this charming apartment hotel. The apartment itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable home away from home. Instructions on how to use the coffee maker would have been useful.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well equipped and the courtyard view from the balcony a plus. TV did not work the first night but the problem was quickly dealt with after we brought it to the front desk's attention.

Can't really say we didn't like anything. Only if we were nit-picky then: Coffee in the reception tasted so-so and we were unable to connect our Amazon FireStick to the internet in the room which was annoying.

Our room was modern and clean with a nice terrrace looking into the court yard. EXTREMELY quiet with the windows closed which was great. Nice flower and green stuff in the middle. The bed was amazing and we slept really well.

Towels changing and housekeeping every 3 nights! , no floor cleaning equipment availability in the apartment.

Nice balcony, comfortable beds, small kitchen AC available in the bedrooms, coffee machine available but no tee! Friendly and kind with full support staff, quiet place and safe, good for families. Nice location near by the trum around 6 minutes to the center, parking available with fees for 21€ per day.

The pillows are not comfortable at all.

The apartment is spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need. The hotel has a laundry room that you can use. Location is good. Very close to a tram and train stations.

Very quiet room No 47, we slept with a fully opened window and it was super quiet throughout the night. Felt like in the countryside. Very clean room and kitchen. Kitchen has all you need.our plane was 3h delayed, so we were able to do self check in in the middle of the night.

If you have booked 1 junior studio with a terrace, you have the option of being accommodated on the ground floor, where there really is a terrace lined with flowers, or you are accommodated on the 1st floor, where there is only 1 balcony that only fits a table and a maximum of 2 chairs, and the view does not stop in the garden with flowers, but in the weathered wall of the adjacent building! It's not exactly the most desirable image you want to see in the morning, while drinking coffee on the balcony:)

Excellent location for staying a few days in Vienna. Tram station 3 min. walking. In a few stations you reach the center of Vienna! Billa supermarket and Eurospar about 300 meters away. Some very good restaurants nearby, pizzeria DCP, Landstein, pizzeria Modena. I recommend them all! The images presented on the site reflect reality! I liked the theme of the hotel, designed like a street in Vienna. Long hall, like a street, each room has a personalized number, for example, 44, Marieterezienplatz. . Each appartment door has a bell and is lit by a street lamp, typical for a Viennese street! The theme of the room continues inside, with a black and white poster of the location, specified on the entrance door. Interior in industrial design style, simple but pleasant chromatic , shades of white, wood color and anthracite. Everything is designed to be simple, ergonomic, but at the same time comfortable.. Congratulations and my full appreciation to the team of architects and designers who conceived and implemented this project!!!. Cleanliness, kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a longer stay. Electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker. The kitchen appliances are budget brands, but they are all like new and do their job very well. In the drawers, you can find almost everything you have in the kitchen at home. Air conditioning, very important during summer in Vienna. Quite quiet, you can sleep until later if you are used to sleeping with the window closed. And last but not least, the underground parking, spacious, easy to access, easy to park. Polite and helpful staff. The price-value ratio is quite ok. I will gladly return to this hotel.!

It's not possible to make a reservation for the parking. Though, there were spaces available when we came would be good to reserve them up front. The double bed in the bedroom is big and comfortable, but the sofa in the living room isn't good enough for adults staying for more than a night or two.

Very spacious apartments (we were 4 people in Deluxe Apt), two big rooms, equipped kitchen, huge bathroom, nice balconies. There was a coffee machine with 4 pads provided (a big plus for coffee addicts). Parking lots in the building. Located 30ish minutes from the city center, 50m from a tram station, there's a supermarket nearby.

There is nothing I didn't like. There is some uncertainty about the price so I can't say that the value is suitable, but on the other hand I didn't spend too much time researching properties around.

Hands down the staff is the best feature of this hotel. When we arrived the receptionist made us coffee and offered to help with the bags while we were checking in, they were super polite and friendly the whole time. Otherwise, great little townhouse style hotel, good location, very suitable if you are interested in cooking your meals and spending a bit more time in Vienna. But also good for a short stay. It's cute, it's stylish, it has comfortable beds, AC / heating, even laundry that I used a few times what more do you need? Location wise, we have used trains and walked most of the time, if you are coming from other parts of the world it offers you a great chance to experience Vienna's very good train system. It is close to Belvedere palace, it's about 15 minutes train ride to all of the museums and stuff in downtown Vienna, or you can walk it's around 30 min or less.

Everything was really good. Just there wasn’t enough hand soap and lotion.

The room was really comfortable for family with cozy terrace, very tasty coffee, air conditioning. Really recommend this hotel.
