The only thing was the shower, a bit slippery so use floor mat to compensate. Other wise all 👍

Tram 71 to CBD and U1 U4 U3 all subway you need. Able to walk to Belvedere Palace from hotel. 2 supermarkets handy, 1 chemist close, staff excellent and very helpful 👌. Really a nice surprise packet 👌☺️☺️☺️

Great location, 1 min walk to the tram. station and a 6-7 min ride to the city center. Rooms are really comfortable and clean.

The location is good but it is a bit far from center and all tourist attractions. However there is a tram stop right in front of hotel. We spent a lot of money on uber :) There are 2 grosseries next to the hotel. In combination with built-in kitchen this is outstanding if you don't want your child to eat only french fries during the entire vacation.

Nothing. All were good. Please for internet connection delete + and keep parksroom number like parks24. I had a family and myself not being assessted to have access to internet but when i got into my room i read the menu and realized that i should not put + in between the parks and room number😁

It is well organized. Very secured. I love the cats touch in there. I really wished to get the cat magnatic or buy it. 🥺 It looked like my lovely cat. The location is great. But as i used it only for sleeping and spend all day out, i found it expensive.

Lots of ants found on the floor

Facility was clean and comfortable we should give 9 or up but we found lots ants in the suite. It’s really made us feel discomfort for the staying.

Everything in the fridge was astronomically priced. A bottle of water which is 85 cents in the supermarket next door, was priced at 5.90!! It would be nice to at least get a complimentary bottle of water, and enough coffee to last the stay. But there were only two pods and you had to then buy them for 1.20 each. We brought instant coffee from Lidl instead and touched nothing from the mini bar. Also no oil, salt, pepper or herbs for cooking in the kitchen.

Quiet in the evenings and overlooked a garden, while being a stones throw away from the centre via tram. We walked to the Belvedere from the hotel through a beautiful botanical garden. Perfect location. The staff were very helpful and nice. They let us keep our luggage in the office after check out. The room had air con. Lots of nice restaurants nearby plus supermarkets. They refunded my deposit on the same day we checked out. Every kitchen utensil you might need was available, even Tupperware. Both oven and hob worked great, and even a dishwasher!

For the price a bit more house keeping would have been appreciated, but overall nothing really struck me as totally negative.

Great proximity to 3 supermarkets and the train station down the road. Hop on the tram and you are in Old Vienna in 10 minutes.

Nothing - it will be nice if there was room service at least for garbage every 2-3 days.

Although not in the centre the location is still central and close to main attractions. Tram 71 is very convenient to use. Plus the 2 supermarkets that are in 2 minutes walking distance make it easy to get what you want, as there is no breakfast at the location.

It was hard to sleep at night because of the high temperature. The apartment contains 3 air conditioners in each room but none of them were working (as we were told) and temperature inside the room was around 26-30 degrees Celsius. However, I think the real reason is energy efficiency or attempt to be more eco-friendly.

Perfect location only 15min tram ride away from the centre of Vienna, and a mere 5min from the Belvedere. The room was spacious (perhaps not ideal for 3 people as the third bed was a sofa bed), however, the most striking aspect is how quiet it is, despite being on a busy road. Very new, well kept and good attention to details. The bathroom has organic soaps/shampoo and conditioner. Great awareness of environmental issues. The rooms are mini apartments, with kitchen (we didn't use it) and full size fridge; perfect for longer stays and well appointed.

The lights in the corridor and the bathroom are sharp and cold. The shower doesn’t have a door, so the floor gets wet easily. The ventilation in the bathroom is slow and noisy.

The room is dark and quiet at night, the bed is hard and very good, and the pillows are soft and thin - it was perfect for good sleep. Nice little kitchen with a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Walkable distance to the city center and all the attractions, but also just a minute from a tram stop.

The shower didn't have any door or curtain so the floor got wet a lot. The kitchen equipment could be stocked up a bit. The knives weren't sharp.

We had a very good stay. The room was big and was more like an apartment. We had a kitchen and a terrace. The bathroom was big and the towel drying rack was convenient. The espresso machine was a great extra. Comfortable bed. All in all it's a good place to stay. The staff is friendly and allowed us to store the luggage on the day of the checkout.

When using the shower the floor gets wet. After 10 pm you have to check in with a code. The message with the code via booking was delayed and therefore I couldn’t get the key. Luckily there was still someone to help me…

It is centrally located in a district with many restaurants. The apartments have a lot of space with a functional kitchen. They are clean and have a good bed

For the price, I think the facilities and customer service can be better. For instance, their reception is only open for limited hours. I needed a printer urgently for my travel documents and the reception was not able to provide any help at all. The service is more like a service apartment than a hotel.

The property was clean and the room was well furnished. The location of the hotel is in a safe area and super close to all public transportation. The team was great and allowed me to check in early
