Location was perfectly placed between a ski lift, Apres Bar, shopping and restaurants. The staff was amazing, so much so that they gave me a whole plate of Christmas cookies (and who doesn't love Christmas Cookies?!!!!). Room was a perfect size and recently renovated. Breakfast was great and offered early enough to make it to the lifts before the crowds. The bar area was a perfect setting for relaxation and drinks after a day on the slopes/mountain. I highly recommend this location, and I'll be sure to return here next year.

We were here in November and the Maiskogel lift was not open yet so we took a bus to the other lift which was still very easy but just something to keep in mind :)

The hotel is really modern and we could not have asked for more: Comfy beds, delicious and varied breakfast, walkable distance from restaurants and bars, beautiful relaxing wellness area, bus stop super close, easy late check in, friendly staff and cat, etc. We would come back here on our next stay in Kaprun!

New modern hotel with a central location near the cable car station, comfortable room with spacious bathroom, free parking in the hotel garage, very good breakfast, nice hotel staff. Summer card with free cable car rides included in the room price.

The place is elegant, well-designed, has a great atmosphere. Stuff was nice even though they were quite busy with organising a party for a group of other guests. The room was excellent and really clean. Breakfast was correct. The view and the landscape is spectacular all around. Easy to reach cable cars and hiking routes nearby.

Breakfast was amazing with a lot of different options and variety. The room itself was clean, decent size with a nice balcony, and there was a lot of storage space. Bathroom was spacious and shower was really good. Location was amazing next to the ski lift.

Weather at Kitzsteinhorn :)

Hotel is located within 1 minute walk from Maiskogel bahn if you take the stuff from skiroom in the garage. Outside parking lots for free. Relatively small but wonderfully organized rooms with extremely comfy beds, some with balconies with Kitzsteinhorn view. Excellent breakfasts. Most of all very helpful and friendly staff, special thanks to Eva at the reception & bar. Highly recommended hotel.

The beds were a little firm for me but I'm a particular fussy sleeper! The hotel had only been open a few months when we stayed so i suspect with time they will soften.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal, right next to the main lift. The hotel was really nicely appointed and breakfast was excellent!

The Apres Ski close to the hotel closed at 20:00 (we were outside the holiday period) But that was not such a deal breaker because it was a great holiday

Breakfast was excellent, rooms and beds were perfect. location was great (next to the apres ski & ski lift & restaurant). very luxurious spa in the hotel with a view of the slopes. staff were nice. Everything well secured, closed with hotel pass (Ski room)
