All was perfect - amazing breakfast, the room was excellent - big, clean, and warm with everything you need for the stay. Katja is an example of the perfect host - responsive, helpful, and nice. We will definitely visit it again!!! Thanks, guys!!!

Only more snow would be better, but the house has a part for skies storage, heating of ski boots and optimal warm up of rooms (not too warm, not too cold). There was also a balcony giving us additional space.

The location, the accommodation and the breakfast were excellent. The owner was very friendly, giving many advices and very supportive. It is a great location when there is natural snow, since you can reach the house from the slope, but this time was closed due to lack of snow. However we got great advices, and we watched live TV channels showing the situation on each area so we could decide where is the best to ski.

Lovely stay. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than expected due to sickness of the children but we will definitely come back. The place has everything for a family and the hospitality is fantastic.

So glad we stayed here. Beautiful and clean room, fresh and tasty breakfast options, host was friendly and gave us good recommedations for hikes. She also provided us with a bigger room than we originally booked. Super well equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. Hopefully we'll be back one day. Thank you!

The pillow wasn’t firm enough for my taste but to each his own, I had good night’s sleep nevertheless. The wifi could be a bit stronger, we did not need it that much so it was fine - some might find this a bit irritating though. All in all, not much to say because it was great :)

I can only recommend this accommodation. Katja, the host, was amazing. She gave us great recommendations, tips every day and helped us if we needed anything. She really puts her heart into this and it made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast she provided every morning was excellent. Our room had everything we needed and I appreciate that we had a lot of hangers :) - most of the accommodations I’ve been to (even the fancy ones) only provided one or two, which I really don’t like. We got a welcome package, and our dog was treated like a queen here :). It’s truly a dog friendly place but if you’re not a dog fan, they won’t disturb you at all. Everything was very clean and there was housekeeping every day, felt like we’ve been in a 5 star hotel, but better :) The pension is in a very beautiful area, you can do a lot of activities here and many big sights (Hallstatt, Dachstein, beautiful lakes, waterfalls) are also close by car.

We really loved this beautiful Gasthaus! Katja was super kind, very open, and helpful! She is running the hotel on her own and we could feel how much love and care is in her work. The breakfast was very delicious and diverse. If you travel with the dog you can find at the entrance some snacks and free bags for your pets! This is awesome. The room was clean and nice. We have booked the smallest room, however, we felt very comfortable there! Our shower was downstairs in the sauna area. This was not a problem at all and we even liked our Shower/Sauna room. The sauna area was nice and very relaxing. We definitely recommend this place! By car, it takes 1 hour to get to Hallstatt, 40 min- Gosausee, 30 min Dachstein Gletscher and Rittsberg Badesee! The Gasthaus is super located!
