Small room, not as depicted in photographs. The fact that the bathroom was separated with the toilet, and the toilet was way too small and shared, while the bathroom was private.

not keen on a shared bathroom.. it was ok, but I think just a preference to choose a room with a private bathroom (they do have them)

The staff were excellent, the location immense. This is a budget hotel, and when you first arrive it doesn’t look anything special. But .. the value for money and the extra touches and helpfulness from the lady on reception about Vienna really do make it perfect for a short city break. And the included breakfast, even if you are in a budget room, is very good

The mattress and the pillows were way too soft for my taste.

The bed, actually there were 2 single beds next to one another, rather than having a double bed as I had specifically booked. Breakfast was pretty minimal, it can be improved. Quite noisy, because of noisy neighbors, slamming doors in the middle of the night.

Location is great if you want to visit the city. The room was clean, warm and the staff very friendly.

Basic and outdated toilet. The old school toilet seat with the shelf - good for examination of your "production", but too much smell for shared toilet. Only 1 key for a room was provided. If you happen to go to the shared toilet in the night and forget that the door of the room locks automatically and you forgot the key - either have to knock up your travel buddies or go to the reception for help. Rooms, reception, showers are located on different floors so you have to walk up and down. the main staircase of the building.

The breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast surprisingly good and with good choice. Was not as big as in a hotel (no hot meals like eggs, sausages, etc), bet plenty of everything else. The room looked freshly refurbished with the new furniture and was made very comfortable despite its small size. Bath robes to go to the shared facilities. Excellent location - in 5 minute walk you are in heart of the Old city and 10 min walk to Vienna midi train station which has S7 to the airport. We even found free parking on the next street. Very friendly reception, thank you!

All 3 staff members we met were very nice and exceptionally helpful. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel has a superb location. I would be surprised if there is a better hotel at this price in Vienna.

The WiFi isn't strong enough for business calls online (MS teams, Google meet). Otherwise, it is okay but sometimes you lose access and need to login again.

Good location, comfortable bed, enough space. They also allowed me late check-out until noon which was really very forthcoming and nice! Thanks!

Good location, 2 mins walk from Schwedenplatz subway station. You can walk into the center. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Clean too
