The room was a bit small, but nice and cosy. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Pension is at a great, quiet location with the U-Bahn 5 minutes away.

The tap was a bit difficult to lift up and down, needed more force. Body & hair wash was combined into one kind of soap and located near the water tap which is less convenient to use when showering. Would be better to have it nearer to the shower and add-on a hair conditioner. No kettle.

Value for money. Clean and tidy. Conveniently located near a supermarket several streets away. Staff at check-in hotel was friendly and check in/out process was efficient. Shower was spacious enough for me and water flow is good. WiFi works well.

A couple of issues. I was staying with my teenaged daughter and, as Brits, we were not especially keen on the translucent glass division between the bathroom and the bedroom. Not transparent but still too revealing. The other issue was the lack of sockets. One socket nowhere near the beds isn't good enough for the price I paid. No kettle in the room - again, not good enough for the price bracket. I also didn't *particularly* want to walk up the road with my extra pillows at 10 p.m. from the main hotel because the request from my wife for more pillows that morning hadn't been actioned.

The location was great for us. Close to supermarkets and the airport bus stop, as well as a major metro link. We love walking, so the 20 min walk to the cc was fine. The staff were really friendly and the room decor (if not certain aspects of the design and facilities) was great. Spotlessly clean and clean linen/bed made/room vacuumed every day. Beds were comfy and the shower was lovely.

Over a block of walking with my luggage from the hotel ( check in) to the Pension. No offer of assistance which would have been appreciated as I was tired from my travels.

Breakfast was great. staff were helpful and friendly.

It isn't too much of a hassle, but it is inconvenient that check in is in a different building. The room doesn't have many storage options.

This was the cheapest option for a private room in an area that's somewhat close to the center. The room is small, but provided everything I needed for one night. Very comfortable bed!

Pension belongs to the hotel located in the nearby street, so don't forget to do the check in process in the hotel first and then come to the pension building.

First of all I would like to praise receptionist who welcomed us. He was really nice and should be used as an example how hotel's personnel should behave. Room was nice and clean, especially having in mind the price we paid for it. Although the bathroom was situated in the box attached to the room, it didn't bother me like I thought it might based on photos.

I have booked to stay in the pension but on checking in I was offered to stay at their hotel as they had a vacancy. The staff was nice and polite. The hotel was really nice and clean. My room was lovely, clean and spacious for a single person. It was also very comfortable and had all the things you expect in a hotel. The only thing they don't have and UK hotel do is a kettle in the room for tea or coffee so don't expect that in there.

The check in location was in a separate (albeit close by) building which was a little confusing.

Great location, Close to public transport lines but still in a quiet & safe area. Room was spacious, with a comfy bed, plenty wardrobe space & lots of natural light from big windows. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The area didn't feel safe at night, but I guess that is common near train stations. But it was worth it, I'd go again.

Hotel is very clean. Everything is near' cause of good location. Metro entrance, Lugner City shops, and 10 min walk to the MariaHilfeStrasse and Westbahnhof.

Unfortunately there was no electric kettle and/or fridge in the room which was a bit of a disappointment. The rooms are very minimal but it was a bit challenging to not have access to a kettle. This would be a minor addition which would add substantial value.

Spotlessly clean well maintained budget hotel near the centre of Vienna. Wonderfully quiet building but quite close to the city. Warm rooms with comfy beds.

Room was in the ground floor. OK in winter, but summer questionable, if I would like to open the window for a while.

Small but very cozy and clean room. The bathroom is a plastic monoblock with limited space, which could be annoying for bigger people. But to me it looked very cool and it did exactly what it said on the tin😀 Excellent value for money for Vienna.

I booked two single rooms, but after few days I got e-mail where one of rooms was offered as bigger for same price. I accepted it and when we came to rooms, surprisingly, it was two small rooms. I am not saying that I was not correct as I made such reservation, but why it was offered additionally to have one room bigger? What's the point?
