The bathroom was shared, but it was clean enough.

The location was great, very near to the Museum Quarter, one of the most beautiful areas in Vienna.

1. There was no elevator to go upstairs. We had 3 suitcases as we were traveling with family. 2. The toilet and shower place are in two different places. It could be a culture thing. But, for tourists like us (maybe it's an American thing), we prefer everything at the same place for convenience and privacy. 3. As we booked an apartment, we expected a washer/drier in the unit.

Breakfast was decent. Good variety. Location was great. For a family, it was a decent place to stay as long as you do not have too many luggages. The lady in the reception was very nice.

For Vienna, the city of café, the breakfast coffee was disappointment.

Pension Wild claims to be one of the friendliest places in Vienna, with justification. Run by the same family since 1960. It is lin Josephstadt, just outside the Innerer Stadt, the oldest part of Vienna, but the main sights are easily reached. Anyway Vienna has excellent public transport. My single room was well-equipped, spacious and quiet, with a view over gardens, and a good bathroom. The management were generally helpful and friendly.

Wifi it was a little bit slow.

Breakfast was very good, location too, close to a metro station Volkstheater (5 minutes walk), two stations away from St Stephen cathedral. Friendly staff, especially in the morning.

We had a shower in the room, which was cool, but there was no door - kind of weird choice. One of the beds was placed in the direction where you can actually see everything that's happening in the bathroom.

The location is great - just some 5 min away from the center. And actually, it's all that matters for short travel. Most of the time we were outside, so it actually didn't matter what kind of room we had. When we booked the room, we didn't notice that it was a shared toilet, but it was clean and wasn't occupied all the time, so it was ok. Breakfast was very nice and the waitress was like sunshine.

A huge room. Very clean and comfy beds. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff - with excellent English! Good location - and the underground system is very easy to navigate. Plenty of local reasonably priced restaurants near the hotel.

Exactly what you need for a city vacation. central location, clean rooms, fresh breakfast, public transportation close by. We first got a room that was not what we wanted, and the staff went out of their way to help and move us to another room the day after. The staff is very friendly. Would return there

Good location close to all the attractions, very friendly and helpfull staff, good value for the money. We had the apartment next to the hotel, it was spacious and comfortable for upto 4 people. (One double bed, one single bed and one sofa bed)

Cleanliness, but maybe I am just an extreme perfectionist

Perfect breakfast, everything was tasty and fresh. Also fresh coffee was delivered direct to your table. The street was amazing, full of stunning architecture, just take a time and look. Very quiet hotel and area. It is within walking distance of the historic centre of Vienna.

Minor complaints only: the double bed was really two twins stuck together (with separate duvets), which is awkward for a couple; the shower head height adjustor was broken.

Although they say they can't guarantee a double bed, it is kind of a boomer to travel with your partner and have to sleep in separate beds.

Great location - ten min walk from Volkstheater tube/Museum Quarter. Clean and very warm. Nice breakfast and hosting staff. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Easy to get in at 11pm on arrival as they put keycard in a mini safe. Great Grohe shower

I stayed in an apartment in a building across the street. There are no photos of this other building on booking. The entrance to this other building is disgusting.

The room is large and there is a pantry with utensils that make it easy to accommodate a family with children. The location is very good. Just a walk distance to the Rathausplatz and other attractions. The breakfast is just OK.
