As a student, it was very expensive for me, and I feel a minimal breakfast could be included as part of the room price, however, it was a wonderful stay!

I loved the atmosphere. The bed was very cozy, and the room was very spacious! I also loved the location, very quiet and yet a minute away from the bus stop to Zentrum (city center) /Station!

It got a little hot in the room in the afternoons. Maybe a second fan or a small portable AC would help in summer months. Also, a kettle in the room would be super helpful along with a small microwave perhaps.

The location is very accessible via buses and all public transport. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Breakfast spread was good. City centre is about 15-20 mins away.

A room with west facing windows and inadequate sun screening. A train line 15 metres from the room which operated from about 5AM. No air con, one inadequate fan, no room fridge or tea making facilities, a printed TV guide which didn't match reality.

It was the middle of a hot summer and we didn't have AC in the room, just a fan. In addition, we were hoping for a mini fridge to keep our snacks & drinks cool before taking them out with us on our travels, but this is was not in available in the room. Also no lift to assist us with our luggage and prams to get in & out of the premise; which is a challenge when you're travelling with a multiple infants in prams. We appreciated the take-away breakfast that they provided as we had to leave very early in the morning before breakfast times; however the food was brought to our room the day before, and had sandwiches with hams, cheese/dairy but were left in our rooms in the heat with no fridge (as mentioned above). So by the time we attempted to eat these sandwiches at the airport, the ham and dairy were very off and unsafe to eat to say the least. I'm surprised that the staff didn't enquire first regarding dietary requirements too.

Room was clean, nice furnishings; continental breakfast was sufficient with decent options.

I recommend the hotel mainly for the cleanliness and comfort. The bus station is nearby the hotel so the access to the city center is very easy.

Very noisy from the road, no airco, no coffee/tea making possibilities, no restaurant/cafe, no fridge in the room. Breakfast very simple. I was expecting more for the price we paid.

I wanted a pot because I wanted to drink something warm to drink. Other than that it was great.

Room is just size for a family and very comfortable. Self check in is very easy & convenient. There is a bus stop to the Altstadt in front of the hotel. I was able to buy Salzburg card only in cash at the front desk of hotel.

It is not close to the city center if this is what you need. However, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, which makes it a good and cheap option to explore the city. This is not a problem, its something to have in mind if you plan your stay.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever seen and it is not brand new. On the contrary, I think it has been running quite for a while and still it was extraordinarily clean! The room was huge, the beds were comfortable. The late check-in was really easy. The staff was very friendly and polite and even allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel while we explored the city after we have already checked out. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Nobody was at the reception. Waited there 45min, called and hotel and did ring the bell. After 45 min somebody came,who clearly just woke up! Room and bed was good, windows were open when i came into the room so it was a little cold! Breakfast wasgood

The room and entirely the hotel was extremely clean and very well equipped. The staff was so nice! Breakfast was great! I strongly recommend this accommodation, I'll come there next time I'll be in Salzburg for sure..

There was nothing that I didn't really like.

The location was a bit far from the city center bus thankfully the bus station was right across from the hotel and a train station was right behind it. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was phenomenal!

You only use the keycard to unlock the door to the room. When you close the door, it automatically locks itself. If you forget your keycard inside, congratulations, you have to call someone from the staff to unlock the door again. And reception is theoretically only open from 7 to 11 in the morning. And if you have a room using the toilet from the ground floor, it's pretty easy to forget the keycard in the room. On top of this, the entrance door is an automatic sliding door with a motion sensor. When the reception is closed, that door does not open unless you unlock it with the keycard. If you don't have it, good luck! All this could have been avoided if you also had to use the keycard to lock the room. That would have meant that just closing the door wouldn't lock it, and if you checked to see if it's locked, you'd immediately realize you don't have the keycard with you. And you'd also be able to go back in and take it. Minor annoyance which is not the hotel's fault: neither the little train stop behind, nor the bus stops nearby have ticket machines. (That I could see.)

Nice little place! Tiny hotel that looks like it was a secondary railway station at some point - the tracks are very, very close behind it and there's a train stop there, too. Despite that, I could never hear the trains go by. The room was spacious, with a nice sink and a shower. Small but functional TV, with HDMI and analog inputs. Analog cable was provided. The toilet was on the ground floor, but it was always empty when I went there. There is a snacks/drinks machine on the stairs, with reasonable prices. The cleaning staff let me sleep!! They didn't even knock on the door when I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Decent breakfast, warm room.

Hotel is very neat and clean , provides a very pleasant and peaceful stay . They offer a very good breakfast and taken care of the guest requirements very well . Good connectivity to the public transport services including Obus 6 and S Bahn to Salzburg . You can get the glimpse of Alps from the hotel .

Wifi did not work when I checked in but was reset and working within a few hours. Although during my stay the wifi was very slow and could not even video call with my family which was frustrating. Other than that everything was great.

Easy location right off of a train and bus stop. Check in was very easy and the room was much bigger than expected. The room was very comfortable with big windows, a great bathroom, and plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with good hours as well. I reported the wifi was not working upon check in and someone was fixing it within an hour which is great service.

The location could be either good(easy to find, lot of parking space) or bad(you can hear some car noises - but if you close the window- it is ok.)

The quality is almost like 4-5 star hotels! Very clean!!! The breakfast was also wonderful!
