I think in general the food could have been a bit better, also a kettle or coffee machine in the room would have gone a long way.

Service was great. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The storage room/ boot room was occasionally crowded during “ peak “ time.

The location is perfect in the sunny side of the picturesque village, the free ski shuttle bus stops at the hotel door and you could ski back . The staff is amazing starting with Martin and his team at the front desk, the people in the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the common areas inside and outside are cosy and the overall ambiance very welcoming.The breakfast was very delicious.

Service and staff in the restaurant and bar ist great. Food especially for dinner is great. Breakfast needs some enhance. Limited offering there. The wellness area is still good, but compared to newer hotels you can see the age. The offerings and location of the wellness area is limited in the sub level. Never the less it is well maintained and absolut clean and a good place to relax after skiing.

Maybe they can have beter facilities for the skiing shows to dry. Maybe they can forser a shoe-heating/ drying system instead of a shelf in a warm room.

We had the suite for three persons. We had a lot of space at the room and it was well cleaned at a daily basis. The spa facility was great. Great buffet in the morning and nice refreshments at "lunch". The 6 course diner was also great.

Wide selection of breakfast goods and decent evening meals. Spacious and comfortable lounge/bar. Pleasant wellness area with a range of saunas and steam rooms. Convenient location close to the slopes and centre of town. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

The location is slightly out of town (5min walk) and the chairlift nearby wasn’t running yet. However, you can ski back to the hotel and there are buses every 20 mins that take you to town/back to the hotel. It wasn’t a deal-breaker and I would definitely stay again (plus it’s quieter than central Lech)

Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was incredible! The view from the front of the hotel was amazing and I would request one of these next time I stay. Pool and sauna area was very nice, as well as the lounge area with a fireplace.

5-10 minute walk to the centre of Lech and 5 minute walk to a cross-country and walking trail. Pet-friendly, we could walk our dog easily and he could stay with us everywhere except for the dining area and spa. very cost and charming hotel. Incredible views of the mountains from our room.

Rooms were modern clean Breakfast was good however the kitchen for omelettes and ordered food opens at 8am and breakfast 7.30 which wasn’t ideal sometimes. Food was excellent We really enjoyed the evening meals The mini bar which was complimentary was a lovely touch thank you

Nothing. A short walk down into town, so not right in the centre, but this is not a problem. There is a bus if you want, but it's only 5 minutes anyway.

Lovely hotel with great staff in all departments. We will be back!

Be careful with this hotel if you book a junior suite. We went with friends who also booked a junior suite. Their room contained a very large bed, large bathroom, large shower and bathtub. For the same price we got a tiny bathroom with no shower. It had a small bath with a make shift hose as the shower. If you are tall you will hit your head off the ceiling, as it angles over the bath. The bed was two single beds and the decor was really dated. Really really disappointing. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, they spoke to the lady manager who didn’t even approach me to address it herself. Really poor management and customer service.

Perhaps a little more lighting in the room.

This is a superb place full of great people. The hotel is the epitome of wonderfully understated but superb hospitality. Pleasingly, from the moment you enter the hotel lobby, you can expect to be treated like a valued friend. As an indication of the high level of service that we experienced, the welcome drink was personally prepared by the hotel’s urbane and witty manager Othmar. His team is first rate, with every player on the team being unfailingly and sincerely pleasant and obliging. It should be noted that the food is superbly presented and excellent as well. Thank you for sharing your hospitality with us.

It would have been good to have a more frequent ski shuttle service especially in the high season.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and great facilities. Guest comfort and satisfaction is clearly at a high priority for this hotel and they do everything to make your experience as good as possible. Great location for skiing with a wide variety of breakfast / dinner options. Lukas, Ondrej, Dominika (our waiters) as well as the General Manager Othmar truly made our stay exceptional. Thank you and we will be back!
