The staff . Very unhelpful. After a long journey to get there . No one at reception. When they did arrive they seem not to know anything about the booking. Waited while they prepared a room . Didn’t help with my bags . Had to carry 3 bags . No info about the room or anything about the place.

Water pressure was almost a trickle and took forever to warm up. Not that I needed hot water, but a warm shower in the morning is nice.

I had a quiet room to the back of the hotel, away from the busy road, with an awesome view of the ocean and nearby islands. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was great therapy and the perfect way to end a day of sightseeing. Aircon was quiet and working well. Bed was big and comfortable.

Rooms faced side ways against the wind so rooms were quite warm. If not build up to wet season think rooms would not be so warm. Next time will get a room on beach.

The hot water pressure wasn’t good for shower but ok for the bath

The place is very well situated with exceptional view . The pool was great and calm. The most good things was the hostes who were very kind and hepfull. Mentions to the gardner who was extremely kind and who makes the gardner very spécial.

Beautifully decorated courtyard. Clean room with comfortable bed. There is an ocean view area with a swimming pool, comfortable sun beds and small exit to the sea. The staff is responsive and can arrange a bike at a good price.

Room needed some improvement especially in the bathroom which had a slightly mouldy smell. Checked some of the rooms which were not waterfront and they were much nicer .

The garden and the view from the balcony was lovely.

Bit annoyed as they tried to put me in a ceiling fan twin room when I'd booked a double air-conditioned room with sea view which I got. Bathrooms need a good pressure wash and walls need a good paint. Had to ask for a kettle cup and cutlery as I don't drink from plastic cups. Restaurant is closed but it's not an issue as there are many restaurants right next door.

Location is right on the beach and setting is great. Close to convenience stores, restaurants and over looking the lavastone beach. Peaceful comfortable if you get the right room best to get a room on the upper floor so you don't hear the guests above moving around. Good value for money and the staff are friendly and responsive . Pool is small but nice. Architecture is traditional Balinese which is much better than the modern concrete monstrosities being built these days. Rooms are big and comfy. Clean bedding

Low water pressure in shower. Bannister to 2nd floor rotted, careful of splinters. 2nd floor hall ceiling leaky and moldy, shoes left in hall got wet. No restaurant onsite.

Some of the young visitors talked outside their rooms during the night and into the morning hours. The water booster pump was noisy during the night.

The setting was amazing, right above the waves! The staff friendly, and the place is well looked after and the garden is immaculately kept!

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing getaway! The location is awesome - loved the lounges looking out at the view and the direct beach access. Staff were kind and helpful. Ideal for digital nomads with multiple areas to work👌I'm sure we'll be back.

pool was very clean, room could have been a little bit cleaner, just a wee bit of mould but clean. no food catering at all but was happy with that. toilet rolls and soap could have been more
