- I believe the value for money is not that good. For almost 250€/night/room you expect a bit more - The rooms are in general a bit old, with a separate toilet without a sink and a very small shower cabin - The toilet was not that clean - No mini-bar in the room (which you'd expect in a 4* hotel room) - The breakfast is very basic. I understand the hotel is run only by a couple and what they do is very sweet, but the food options are quite limited - No AC in the room

- The location is amazing! The hotel is located directly on the Irr lake and has a nice access to it - It has a small private beach with free chairs. It is very quiet and beautiful - You can rent a rowing boat for free - The rooms are big, clean and generally well mentained - The balcony of the room was really nice and big - The SPA area is seemed very good (we didn't use it)

Maintenance was a bit out dated in the spa area and in the shower on the room. Bar had limited selection of drinks and no music. Most of all the summary on the @Booking.com site was misleading. It promised a restaurant. That is why we booked it after a 10 hour drive. The facility does not have a restaurant.

Friendly staff and nice big room. Also we got to use the spa facilities after check out. The hotel is located in a very nice surrounding with lots of possibilities to hike, bike or what ever you please.

Swimming pool should be warmer and it would be nice to have possibility to rent cycles. There should be a closed shower or at least curtain as the bath tub was open.

Big advantage for the beach,sunbeds with pillows. Breakfast could have more options of hot items but it was good. Free parking. Nice terrace with lake view.

Although it is clear that the place once used to be pretty well equipped and relatively high-end, it has definitely seen better days and it is not very well cared for anymore. What we really didn't like was the lack of cleanliness: our bathroom was crusty, in particular the glasses put there for drinking were most definitely not clean and had been previously used. Visiting the pool, common bathrooms and changing rooms in the spa/pool area we also found some pretty wild stuff. That being said, we were only there for one night, arriving late, and didn't talk to the staff about this. I am sure they would have rectified the situation.

Beautiful location, the property has direct access to the lakeside via private grounds: a beautiful, calm, green area (grass, trees) with plenty of space for sun loungers / deckchairs ending into the tranquil lake. Very accomodating staff: they were happy to have us check in later than what was specified on the platform, offered upon request to keep our luggage safe after check-out until the evening, and were happy to have us stay at the hotel's lakeside private area for the day after checking out

There is no restaurant - even though the description on booking.com says so. There is little love to detail, not much decoration, no matching colors in the room. Furniture is a bit dated. The beach area could deserve some love as well.

Close proximity of the Irrsee lake. Friendly staff, we were allowed to use the facilities even after check-out. We didn‘t make use of the wellness area but it looked quite clean and well equipped.
