good location, comfortable and clean rooms, easy and friendly checkin and checkout… practical parking under hotel… walking distance to city centre

The parking has really small spots, adequate for smaller car, but definitely not for bigger cars. Unluckily we scratched our car because of the lack of space. So if you have a bigger car, consider if you wanna pay 17€ per day for this.

Hotel staff was really nice and the rooms were nice. I appreciated how clean the bathroom was.

Room was too big for the air con to work properly. Room was not ready until 15.20 (given a cold drink will I waited) Shocked at cost - E21.50 - for breakfast. Considering what I was paying, (about the same as Moons in Vienna which included breakfast) I decided to breakfast in town. No places to eat near the hotel.

very large room with couch chairs and desk. Also as I have stated in other reviews a proper wardrobe and shelves. Decent sized shower altho not great power. 10min bus ride into Mirabel gardens where various buses to stop to take you elsewhere. No 2 bus from station stops close to the hotel.

We could not find suitable casual local restaurants for breakfast near the hotel. We had an early start sightseeing tour someday. So, we booked the hotel breakfast.,additionally. They ware nice, but quite expensive.

We can walk to popular sightseeing points from the hotel ,including central station.

Hotel was within walking distance of the main attractions, and we were able to park the car just outside. Room was fine and breakfast good.

Check in was very, VERY slow. Reception staff are pleasant but just slow . Clients shouldn't have to wait 10min to check in. Location is OK. About 10 min walk to train station and 15 to main tourist area.

Large room. Tea coffee and kettle in the room. Hairdryer plus toiletries. Nice view from my window.

The staff was very friendly, the WiFi was working well. The room was spacious, with a mini-fridge and AC.

The air conditioning was not powerful enough. Turned to the coolest setting and it was still warm in the room. Breakfast could have been better.

The cleanliness in the bedroom could have been a little better as it was quite dusty under the bed but otherwise it was fine. No other faults

The room was very pleasant and had a good view from the window. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Staff were very helpful especially when I could not get into the safe in the room and they sorted it out very quickly. It was very quiet too.

It was comfortable and quiet. It was a bit out of the way but public transportation was really good in Salzburg so we didn't have any difficulty getting to the places we wanted to visit

The cleaning staff should be better trained. The room carpet was not vacuum cleaned every day. On one occasion a bath towel was missing after the room was made up. Coffee & tea bags are to be replenished daily without the need to place a reminder at the front desk. On one day the trash from the trash bin was not removed after the room was made up.

Nice place to stay in Salzburg. The room was big and comfortable. Location is very good too, 20 mins walk to the old town and there are grocery stores nearby as well.
