Had all facilities needed. Clean. Good mirrors in room, wash basin in room handy. Cosy room. Kitchen stocked with kitchenware and well organised. Great location near Station

I would suggest a microwave (although it is a common effort by the guests to have the kitchen clean, then we cannot speak for other guests how they keep their mess away, difficult choice for the owners I believe).

The place was more than I expected for ensuite family room, very clean and the bedroom had a good size. The location was convenient for the train station and 20 minutes walking from old town through the pathway next to the river (very pleasant). The couple running the place really makes the effort to have the place spotless.

The room has no sheets! They have an undersheet (a bit rough for my taste) and a cover. I think this is typical in Austrian guest rooms, but I didn’t like it. We stayed 3 nights, and they didn’t do any cleaning, nor did they enter the room. I found the hotel a bit pricey for what they offer, but I acknowledge that it is established in a very touristic area, which could justify such a price.

The area was great! Not close to the center, but very close to the train station (400m walk) and visiting the center by tram was very easy. There were two stops 200m away from the hotel. We arrived late at night, and we found our keys waiting for us in the safe box. The room was well-cleaned but wasn’t cleaned again during our stay. The heating was good. They have a shared kitchen and a shared fridge, and they offer coffee. We enjoyed the location and how quiet the room was during our stay.

Super clean! There were other shares before that the room is ocd clean, and it is! There is also a guest kitchen with a refrigerator, which is convenient to store some food for breakfast. Close to the railway station, walk within 5 minutes, which helps a lot if you're carrying a large suitcase. A safe place to stay.

The location is great, near to the Main train station and also a tram stop. The rooms were quite large in size, sufficiently warm during the winter and the owners are a lovely couple who were very accomodating and nice. There are parking spots for people who are driving.

Room was very clean. After a missed flight connection my arrival was delayed till after check-in, they sent me a PIN code to get access to my room key late in the evening and did the formal check-in in the morning. All very easy and service friendly.

Not a big issue but I sent several messages/questions to this hostel via Booking.com but I didn't get the reply. (So I could ask staff after arriving this hostel) There were no laundry so we have to walk to the laundry service in the city when we want to wash clothes (about 15 mins from this hostel)

Location: about 7mins from the main station and easy to arrive with heavy luggage. Also there are some place to eat around this hostel （Pizzeria, Thai restaurant etc). To the central Salzburg, it's about 20mins on foot and very simple way to go. Cleanliness: This hostel is the best one I ever stayed. I used shared shower and toilet, which were very clean and even these were shared, I never felt inconvenient. Room is simple and there were enough space. Hospitality: Staff are very sympathetic and kind.

It was just a bit humid at times. But its ok. Electric fan is provided.

1. Location: conveniently located 4 minutes walk from Salzburg Hbf. This was very handy if you want to go to the Center especially for Hallstat ,St Gilgen and Bad Ischl. These areas are notable to visit (Salt Mines etch). 2. Private: owners are non-intrusive. Very nice host. Check in was easy and no fuss. The room and areas were very clean and quiet. I shared my bathroom with another room (bath and toilet are just outside my room . Spacious and very clean). I have a room sink, Tall cabinet and a desk. Bug enough for a solo traveller. Big windows. There is a kitchen and large fridge where you can put your food or some snacks u wanna keep. 3. OVERALL convenience !!! To note: you need to deposit 50 euro for keys which is understandable. It will be returned to you PROMPTLY, so no worries about this. - if you are coming for the summer, just to note- the room does not have AC. So it is humid. Im used to this as I lived in SE and singapore.

Everything was so good. The owner is a Taiwanese, very helpful and friendly 🥰 I would definitly stay here again if I have a chance to come back. The room is spacious, they also have a spare toilet and bathroom.
