The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Eggs and bacon had been kept hot for a very long time and coffee was from a machine.

The location is excellent within easy walking distance of restaurants, theatre and other parts of town. The room and bathroom were well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

No bar, no restaurant, no comfortable area to socialise in the evenings. No comfortable seating area in room. No aircon and only windows were Velux type - we couldn't have them open as it was always raining. Our room was then very stuffy & hot.

For a 4 star it's crazy there is not even the water boiler in the room, no tea, no spoons no sugar. One 0,5L complementary water bottle for a family of 3, no shower gel in the dispenser and no soap bar. Very standard and basic things, missing in a 4 star hotel it is incredible.

At check-in one of the employees was quite unprofessional where she checked me into a single bed room while I had reserved a bigger room. I went down to her and voiced my concern and asked to be checked into the room I reserved. She said they didn’t have any available. I told her then to adjust the rate to the lower a category room, which she said is not possible and then suddenly found a room. I went up to the room after a long trip and it was still not the room I had reserved and paid for. So for the third time I went to her and insisted I immediately be given the room I had reserved and would be charged for I then finally got my room. All other employees were very friendly and at check out the other team was also very friendly and helpful. Due to this experience I am probably going to go back to staying at the Moser Verdino Hotel where I have only had exceptional service and high quality amenities and rooms.

Shower door was broken, water was unstable warm (and then cold and warm and cold ...), shower was very small (and I'm not that big), room was cooled done although it was not a hot day.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, restaurant seating was cozy, room was clean, bed was big and comfy and I really liked the coffee machine.

The genesis of this narrative traces back to an incident involving my girlfriend and myself, wherein we were compelled to vacate our lodgings in the dead of night due to an inability to charge our electronic devices. This predicament arose consequent to the deactivation of the main lighting apparatus, which, in turn, disabled the power outlets within the room. It is noteworthy that the sole instance of adept and affable intervention transpired under the auspices of the nocturnal receptionist, whose nomenclature, regrettably, eludes me. Swiftly, she orchestrated the provision of an alternative accommodation upon substantiating the issue. Upon the denouement of our stay, when inquiring as to the modality by which the hotel administration intended to redress the aforementioned concerns—namely, the electronic disruption, the unilaterally accessible bed configuration (notably unsuitable in light of my recent knee surgery), and the glaring absence of a vehicular drop-off point coupled with an attendant porterage service—I was proffered a breakfast voucher, which I was constrained to decline due to time constraints, and a superfluous parking permit, the utility of which was rendered nil by the dearth of information proffered during check-in regarding the hotel's parking amenities. Subsequently, my plea for reparation was met with a communication from the hotel director herself, wherein she averred her incapacity to offer any amelioration, citing my booking's intermediary via booking.com and asserting that accommodations featuring unilaterally accessible beds were commonplace and disclosed in promotional materials.

Thin walls, asked to be not interrupted in room, housekeeping walked in twice within 1 hour “I did nit know”, after asking reception to communicate with housekeeping it happened again.

The check-in process took a lot of time. Also, the room was dusty, and my child, who has an allergy for dust, did not enjoy the stay. Also, the cleaner came early because she didn't have the information we were staying there.

Room temperature was too low for freezing winter days. It took a whole day to get it cozy. Even though the hotel was by far not fully booked, I was assigned a tiny room in the attic.

After waiting 5min in front of the reception, we got informed the they are overbooked (no room for us) and tolt that we have to move in a other hotel.....very sad. From others we have also heard that they are not happy about there guest-handling/organisation (they are still in pandemic mode??).

The safety deposit box and phone were not functional. The tv remote was unclean. The staff were helful

My check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. When I arrived at 6 PM (approx.) - my room was still getting in order.

The only but serious problem was deep sound and vibrations. Not noisy, but all over the night. Probably it comes from from the space above the room with the equipment of a hotel air conditioning. It was really uncomfortable. Not a room to be offered. Especially at the promoted hotel level.

The douche wasn't clean and also every day they changed our towels while it wasn't necessary. Maybe they can change it, only when the hotelguest want it by putting the towels on the ground:)

The location was very nice, in the city! The staff was very kind. Also the entrance and room gives us a luxury feeling.
