The name of the hotel is well chosen. It is situated on one of the hills overlooking Salzburg, and the views of the city and the mountains beyond are spectacular.

At this price point, can't complain about anything.

Wonderful location above the city, green hills, tall trees, we even saw cows grazing. Access by car, but parking is available 10 minutes away and allows for exploring of the city on foot. Decent breakfast, functional room.

None. This is not a luxary hotel. If you set your expectation correctly, it is as close to perfect as it gets.

Nice location away from the city yet a short distance driving from it. Outdoor breakfast overlooking the city from the scenic hillside is an experience that will stay in our memory.

The only negative comment I have is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. I was there with my parents who are already older and they had to go up 2 floors by the stairs with luggage and all.

When staying in this hotel you're trading off the practicality of being in the city centre by a beautiful and quiet location, with amazing views. If you are fine with this (as we were) the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is located on a hill with a view close to the center. There is a swing garden for children, a terrace section and toys for children inside. The breakfast was excellent and diverse. Thanks to the kitchen staff. The rooms have large tables, chairs and sofas. If I come again this is where I will stay

The last part of the road to the hotel is quite steep; there is no lighting, and it is a challenge to climb there by car in the dark in the evening. Not to mention that when it rains, it's slushy and slippery. The road is quite narrow, and there is no information on whether a car is coming along

The wall is not that think enough to prevent louder sounds from other rooms. Regarding that the house is of a long long history, it is quite acceptable.

Perfect view from the balcony and from windows inside the room. Room and bed are very very clean. The staffs are very very friendly to us. The breakfast is very delicious. We enjoy the stay very much.

Wish there were a bit more hot food for breakfast. There isn't a fridge or kettle in the room, so it would have been nice to have this to have an evening tea or even get snacks for lunch the next day. If you don't have your own car, this place is a bit far and can be expensive with taxis to and from the city centre.

The place was peaceful, clean and had the best view! So great to see the sunrise and sunset in one location! We had a family room where there was a separate bed for my son and it was perfect! We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly!

I would suggest to prohibit smoking also on balconies, sometimes it was impossible to open a window because of smoking neighbours on the balcony. Also some review should be necessary for kids' menu in the restaurant, huge portion of fries and schnitzel is not the best option.

Fantastic view to the city. Really nice rooms, look even better than in booking photos, it seems that some renovation was done. Good breakfast. Everything was very clean. Hope we will have a chance to visit this place again.
