the guy doing the massage was creepy. the tram then bus to Innsbruck time consuming. access to the gondolas free with Welcome card complicated with buses hourly.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room (especially during summer) to keep water cool.

Spacious rooms, location was excellent; up in the mountains, close to the bike park but still within easy reach of the city centre via a scenic train/tram ride. Breakfast buffet and afternoon cake and coffee were also excellent and the dining room overlooked the city and surrounding mountains.

Breakfast spread was amazing, lovely outdoor pool area with a fantastic view. I always made it back for the free coffee and cakes in the afternoon. Staff were very attentive and happy to serve you while lounging by the pool.

The room I was given (#210) had a very low ceiling and felt a bit cave-like.

Friendly & welcoming staff, comfy & cosy rooms, good quality buffet breakfast, afternoon cake & coffee (included in price), a well-stocked honesty bar, indoor and outdoor mountain water pools, and beautiful views of the Nordkette from the well-landscaped gardens and deck.

Limited evening food options in the village. And to be clear, I was happy to trade the distance from the city center for the peaceful setting! So this is not a problem. But be aware that being up in mountain village does mean the trek to the heart of Innsbruck (with tram and bus) is about 30 minutes.

Superb staff - friendly, approachable, and excellent with recommendations and directions. Exceptionally clean room and public areas. Stunning setting on the terrace. Just a great place to hang out. Casual and non-pretentious!

The hotel was lovely. The pond and the interior pool were really nice. The breakfast was also very varied and of good quality. The only thing less good is that if you are visiting innsbruck you'll have to commute there through tram or car. Nonetheless, it's a fantastic hotel to relax.

If you are looking for the base for your cycling holidays - this place can be highly recommended. High quality breakfast, good dinner, bike shed, uniform cleaning service, personnel who knows all the routes, very good SPA with natural pond outside... E-MTB rental for your recovery days. Even Tesla charging port on the parking - I hardly can imagine what I can for in addition :)

- Staff very unflexible - No ceiling lights in the room - Bathroom wasn't like the pictures of the room we saw online - Bathroom Drainage leaked - The Hotel Car blocked 3 parking spaces so guests had to find a parking spot by themselves

Nice hotel with exceptional view of the Nordkette mountains. You can enjoy the mountains from the room and balcony. Rooms are comfortable. It has a pool and spa facilities. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the Mutters station. There are few nice hiking trails around. Breakfast is good. They have a restaurant where you can have dinner but its recommended that you reserve a sit and talk with with restaurant beforehand so that they can arrange food for you.

This is a nice family hotel just outside of Innsbruck (10 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport from centre), with nice views on the surrounding mountains. Kids loved the pool of course, breakfast and dinner were both very good, the staff is friendly and there is good atmosphere.

The shower was cloged and even the stuff tried to unclog it, but they coudn't. But there was a bathtube (with view to the mountains) too in the room. Unfortunately you cannot shower in the bathtube (but it's reasonable)

We return to this hotel, because it's superb. The best features are the view (to the mountains) and the food. But everything was great. The stuff is very kind (and international), the location is easily get by the fantastic tram "STB". (The hotel provide a card what make the public transport free). This time we booked a junior suit, but it was better than the edelweis suit (what we booked last year).

The towels in the bathroom were very old and worn also very hard. The housekeeping service was every 2 days usually which didn't bother us but it wasn't great. Although a restaurant, the menu limited as was the choice of beer, larger and other drinks, such as spirits, nightcaps etc.

Chef was very good and her food especially homemade soup great. Hotel family owned and run. Staff very friendly, Mia the waitress/ barmaid perhaps manager was exceptional and made our stay. The views from our room were really good when the weather was good. The local tram was great and took us in to Innsbruck city very cheaply.

What an incredible location! The views were outstanding and probably some of the best I've seen from a hotel. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff along with delicious food. Will most definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommended!
