Tour busses were loud and couldn't open windows due to highway noise/ bus passenger noise and all of the smokers outside the hotel.

just for people who are sensitive to the sound, we got a room facing to the moter way and heard some vans passing by. but it stopped before midnight. if you can not stand the sound, you may need to ask the opposite room.

we arrived late but the stuff was very nice and asked the restaurant that we can still dine and it was still possible. The room was spacious and clean. They have a nice breakfast (included to the price) many choices and freshly made sunny side up. all together I was very surprised the quality and satisfied.

My room was next to the motorway. Even shutting the outside blinds didn't cut out the traffic noise. Pay the extra €5 to get the rooms on the other side. Got woken up by the housekeeping lady wanting to cleam my room despite the 'do not disturb' notice hanging on the door . At 08.10 when final checkout is 11.00 and I was told, no problems to stay until 12.00? Maybe she wanted to get home, I get that, but I'd paid for a hotel room, got in late and wanted to sleep! After a bad start when Servus Europe were superceded by Best Western and some of the new in place staff were unfriendly and rude, I am now happy to go back and stay as the staff, many of whom have changed, are pleasant and helpful. But if there is a 'do not disturb' notice on the door, please respect that!!

Easy access, very helpful friendly staff now, not always been the case in the past. I felt welcome and valued.

The lady at reception spoke no English. A little unusual in an international chain. Also the older guy, glasses I took to be a manager was quite unpleasant when I asked the breakfast lady if their was an option of a hot breakfast. He interupted the conversation with 'no warm food, this isn't England where you get baked beans etc.' When I said I only wanted ham and eggs as I'd had there before, he still said 'no, I'v been here 4 yrs we never do that.' turned and walked off. I was annoyed with his attitude as last time I stayed, I had ham and eggs! A simple, 'I'm sorry, we don't do that now' would have been much nicer. Maybe the 'Best' in Best Western is an error!

Room was sparse, but fine. As a comfort room not as good as I have had in the past. The Cz lady who serviced the breakfast was lovely, smiled a lot and very friendly as were the room cleaning staff.

could directly share the location of the hotel in advance instead of us getting confused and later. Since the GPS is very confused in this area.

The rooms were very spacious and I was surprised by how good the window blocks the noise from the highway. I did not have any problems with noise. The beds are comfortable and it's a good place for a stop-over.

We paid for breakfask - how ewer the restaurant was closed. We should have been told. so no morning buffet. :(

It was way too hot in the room (in the winter time) around 25 degrees. Even after turning down the thermostat and opening the windows it would super fast get back to 25 again.

Proximity to the motorway. Really good option for overnight stay while continuing travel the next day. Spacious room.
