Beds are worn out. Room was very hot with no aircon (global warming I guess), no fridge. Just don’t expect to sleep well u less you hiked a mountain first!

I had a guaranteed booking and they sold my spot, leaving me without a room or transportation late in the evening. This hotel is more of a truck stop than a good place to stay - it literally is at a rest stop off the autobahn. I booked because I thought it was close to airport - my mistake - big mistake. Never got a room, but got charged.

The staff person was uninformed, but kind and helpful.

I didn’t actually get to stay here because when I arrived they said they had no rooms, even though my booking was confirmed from 4 weeks prior. They said this was their system issue and not Booking.com but I would advise Booking.com to remove this hotel from their site as it was an absolute disgrace the way the whole thing was handled. I arrived at 11pm, to be told I had to pay for a taxi to a new hotel. I refused to pay as this was their problem, the taxi never arrived and when it eventually arrived it was 2am before I got to a new hotel. Hotel staff member was on his own, I understand it was not his fault but there was no-one to help him but I also didn’t find him very helpful in the whole situation. There were also 5 other people that were going to arrive where they had no rooms to offer them. An absolute mess.

Room was not ready when we arrived. Very loud and a bus station direct in front of the hotel. Buses where waiting for around 30min with running engines next to our room. Not funny with kids.

If you arrive early you can find nobody at the reception, it does not function at all, nobody responds to your phone calls, even on the customer line

The onsite restaurant offered quite a limited menu for dinner and unfortunately my meal came about 5 minutes before my son's. He was also sick the following morning (and several times at the airport/on the plane and car ride home the following day!) which I can only put down to the dinner he ate. The staff were very apologetic the following morning so not much more they could have done but just rather unfortunate timing.

Quiet room, comfy beds, very spacious room with good blinds to keep light out. Staff were really friendly and helpful and quick to respond to email request for quiet room. Handy having a cafe and restaurant on site and super convenient for the airport!

Nothing to dislike(It is anyhow a sleepover hotel..). Just a WARNING for travellers coming from direction Salzburg: the hotel is so professional to write you immediatelly after the booking confirmatiom the directions how to get there. Otherwise you will have to enter Germany and then go back again(a cca.15min detour)

Clean. Large room. Check in possible 24/7. Located directly on the highway. Kind staff :)

The hotel is located at a rastplatz on the highway just over the border from Germany into Austria. Location is FABULOUS. I have to admit, at first I was concerned about security of my car overnight, but there was no problem! Hotel was clean; restaurant was adequate... Simple Bavarian menu... but done well.

Dirty rooms and very dirty matras on the bed with blood on it and other dirty stains. No compensation at all.

The room was nice and clean, large room and bathroom. It is right on the motorway when you enter Austria from Germany , perfect location for travellers . However the price was quite high, I booked a month earlier for one person , then upgraded to twin room , but on checked in it turned up we needed to pay almost double price since it was not specified that the twin room for two people . We arrived almost at midnight and waited at the reception for more then 15 min , calling reception multiple times.
