We really enjoy our holiday in Sonnberg Ferienanlage. The location is perfect, just a couple of steps away from the skibus going to SpaceJet1. The staff was very, very nice and always helpful :-) The apartment was nice and clean, the only thing I was missing a little bit in the kitchen was microwave :-)

Some of the beds creaked and were not so comfortable, I think basic necessities were missing in the room such as sugar, salt, etc. It is strange that such a large and fully equipped kitchen lacked basic products Other than that everything was great!

We were very surprised by the facilities for children. The area offers a wide variety of experiences for families and everything is a short drive away. Highly recommended, we will probably come back again with friends.

our room was on the third floor with no elevator. the room was not lighted enough (only spot lights and there wasn't enough light in the evening or rainy days) especially on the living room and eating area. The reception didn't provide us any details regarding a local card that we should've received that could have saved us a few euros in some attractions in the area (their claim was "you didn't ask for it", but how could one know he needs to ask for it?)

Overall our stay was nice. I liked the indoor Gymboree and playroom (useful for rainy days). I liked the bicycles for all sizes that the property allows guests to use during the stay and I liked the outside trampoline which was useful on nice weather. The room was spacious.

You need to bring everything, from the shampoo to the cooking oil and even salt. Even tea and coffee (the coffee machine in the reception is open only between 10 am to 18:00 - hours that most of the travelers are on the road).. Also, it is very cold at night and the room heater doesn’t work, we had to ask for a radiant but because the reception closes very early they couldn’t see our massage so we basically froze at night :( It is important to say that in the minute that they saw our massage in the morning they apologised and gave us the radiant! Very nice:)

We had a great time! The place is beautiful and the workers are willing to help:) I think that there are more things to do there with kids but it was very good also for a couple. We loved it and definitely recommend it to anyone:)

We were a little disappointed that the apartment did not match the description at the booking App. Expected to have a separate bedroom and separate living room. So we slept on a sofa bed instead of a regular bed. They are going to tell biking to fix it.

Truly a perfect place for vacation in the Salzburg country. A very friendly team, nice apartment and a great vacation village good for all ages. Good location close to many main roads intersections but still very quite. We enjoyed the atmosphere

Price is doesnt include cleaning of the room (even every few days). Trampoline closed at 18:00, but this is the time we needed it, when we came back from our day.

Big apartments, well equipped. Huge lawns adapted for kids, with fire places, bikes, sand box. Everything kids need.

The simmers are old. Not well maintained as it should. Our bad was “shaky” and not comfortable at all. The coffee machine in the lobby only between 10:00 to 17:00?!!! Not making any sense. Why not allowing to have coffee in the morning (08:00?). at the end during check out there is additional charge for cleaning!!! 100 euro for family of 5

cleaning fee 21 euro (we noticed before so it's OK). Actually what we get is standard clean before we came. i don't see any reason to take a separate fee for this.

Everything. place is very friendly for children. a lot of apparatuses, generally clean, beautiful staff so nice, atmosphere of vacation. relaxed. we enjoyed a lot. i really recommend for families with small children.

Super friendly and helpfull staff, cozy appartment equiped with everything you need. They have sauna and you can order fresh bread for every morning. If you come for skiing, there is a skibus stop nearby. Definitely recommned, we are coming back in summer!

There was a weird smell outside of the apartment corridor, but this was really minor as we had another door entrance straight from the yard.
