The only downside is the parking. Although available for free is first come first served. Given that this hotel is popular if you happen to arrive late you cannot find a parking slot. In other words there are more guests than parking slots available.

Location! Seefeld Is a little nice town where you can eat, drink and have fun! Also nice hiking trails if that's your thing. Close to Innsbruck too The hotel also offers sauna, steam bath, indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

The fact that our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days dispite asking about it several times Eventually we asked the lovely dark haired lady on reception and she got it sorted.

We stayed in a lovely room, very nicely decorated but as a family of 4 there wasn’t enough storage space for all of our things.

This hotel is two buildings, new and traditional (old). Traditional side could use some renovation.

This is a very nice hotel with 4 star facilities. Nice location. Great front desk and breakfast staff. Wonderful breakfast with many hot items. Eggs cooked to order. Spacious bright dining room Free on-site parking. Short walk to city center. Hotel has a lift. Nice value.

Bathroom size let the room down and shower was over the bath which wasn't ideal. Parking was difficult and inadequate for size of hotel.

Room was large and comfortable with a spectacular view across Seefeld. Breakfast was good with a large choice. Some cooked food was available to order too. Hotel was within easy reach of the resorts facilities. Walking trails passed the front of the hotel and lifts were a short walk away.

costs of bringing a dog with you; 25Eur/night for a small dog (7kg) is a lot. Limit for a small dog is 5kg, anything above is a big dog!!

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Restaurant has a nice view through "glass wall". Also plenty of service personal in restaurant, which is not anymore so common. Outside pool a nice add on eventhough quite small area. A separate garage for bicycles with enough power outlets for e-bikes

The hotel has a newer and an older part, which we were in, right next to the elevator. The pictures on Booking.com give a different impression. The charm is one of a large Alpine hotel (buffet and huge restaurant area), a bit too anonymous for us.

Pillows just did not suit me. It's lost its Austrian charm since partial renovation. I have never liked the narrow glasses the beer is served in. Last orders at bar was 10:30 and lights out by 11:15. The barman did not try very hard to please. In years past Toni would keep the bar open until the last guest left.

Everything very good but nothing exceptional. Most staff tried to make the holiday enjoyable. Great location with easy walking into town. Both indoor & outside pool. Very good value for money. Nick the waiter remembered us from previous visits and changed our dining table for a better one.

The outside pool was too cold. There was a jacuzzi outside that was of proper temperature but the swimming pool was too cold and no one was able to use it for more than a quick dip. The facilities seem run down a bit and not well maintained. There's mold around wet areas. Vegetarian options for dinner are just different types of pasta every evening. There's not enough parking spaces available so you'll probably end up needing to park somewhere further away. The rooms are old, poorly decorated and dusty.

Standard rooms are basic, but with everything that you need.

Location is amazing for easy access of cross country trail. breakfast with nice views of surounding mountains, wellness area quite nice, but not fancy. Gym is very nicely equipped and is worth trying. Free parking was appreciated.
