The wifi was basically non existed, it was really slow and we couldn't do anything with it. And in the bathroom the shower was clogged so we could only use it for like 3-4 minutes without making the whole bathroom wet.

The location was really good. The train and metro station is a 3 minutes walk away and the Belvedere palace is not so far away as well. With metro or tram everything was easily accessible, the Schronbunn palace was like only a 20 minutes ride. The room was clean and very quiet. If you plan to use the train during your stay, the monitor in the lobby helps a lot because it shows all the trains and their departure time.

The only issue I had was with housekeeping staff. I hang a sign on my door "please, do not disturb" and I still got a repetitive knocking on my door. I would appreciate if the staff respected my preference.

I love the location. It's oposite the main train station, which is very convenient. I also appreciate a small fridge in the room as well as a small Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of coffee and tea. A free bottle of water in the room is a nice gesture. The room was very clean, a bed was comfortable. In the bathroom there was a liquid soap&shower gel&shampoo provided. There were hangers in the room.

I would only recommend slippers and travel kit in the room.

Great location, very close to the main train station that has connection to the airport. Metro station for the city center at about 7-10 mins walk, supermarket close to the hotel. The room was really spacious, clean, large bed, still i missed and I would recommend slippers and a travel kit in the room for a 4 stars hotel. The mini non stop supermarket at the reception is a very good option for late hours needs (water, juice, drinks, sweets, sandwiches, toothbrush etc.). Good breakfast, still very crowded.

Only thing I could fault was that room did not have a kettle. We were provided with teabags but had no hot water. Would of been nice to have a cup of tea at the end of the day especially with such nice pastries across the road.

Fantastic location right across from the train station. The train station itself is like a shopping mall so we used it plenty of times for food and drinks which was a bonus. Beds were nice and comfortable and we were given two pillows each. We were supposed to have a double though and were given two singles. Room was nice and clean and was serviced daily. Shower was nice and hot. WiFi worked really fast. We walked to just about every tourist destination from here. It was a decent walk but it was safe and we enjoyed it as the buildings were incredible.

Bathroom layout was very weird. There was a separate room for toilet which didn't have a wash basin, but most weirdly the shower cabinet was completely open, there was no door! I was travelling with my wife so it wasn't much of an issue, but travelling with friends or parents it will become very weird.

The bathroom without door.

The room and the hotel as the same as in the picture and the hotel's descirption. We stayed one night (without breakfast), we travelled to another destination. There are several shops, restaurant near the hotel, and the Wien Hbf is very close to the hotel, 5 minutes by foot. We satisfied with this hotel, and also recommend.

The spirits / drinks selection at the bar was embarrassingly bad.

Walking distance from Wien Hauptbahnhof makes this Leonardo a perfect place to overnight when arriving by train. The U-Bahn takes you to the city center in only two stops and Belvedere is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is rather new, clean, and staffed by friendly personnel.

Our bed had a short bed sheet, we arrived around 11 pm so we didn’t feel like dealing with it, but the staff at the checkout apologized, they were confused about the whole situation and promised to deal with it.

The room is too hot, aircon would be nice or a top sheet as the duvet is too hot. Also too noisy to leave the window open all night as our room was facing the road. There is no door on the shower room.

The beds were comfy, check in went smoothly and we were able to leave our bags with reception. Location is close to main train station. Coffee machine in the room. As far as Vienna goes it was good value for money.

Nothing, ticked all boxes for what we needed before a flight home.

5 minutes from the railway station, arrived 2 hours early, checked - in no problem. Breakfast was very good. Typical chain hotel but very clean and smart.
