The breakfast was very expensive compare to the choices it offer and it was just average in taste too. Again, I'll compare it with Leonardo branches of Frankfurt and Munich where the breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were ok and the A.C was also not very chill. Room service usually comes early in the morning so if you dont want it at that time you need to give them specific time when they should come. One day my wife just told them " come later" and they did not come at all.

The staff was helpful, i broke a cup in my room by mistake and they didnt even charge me for it. They have free parking which is a plus for somebody travelling with car (however, please note that the parkerlaubnis from hotel must be visible at all times from your windshield else you'll be fined 65€). The rooms were ok and not carpeted (comparing with other Leonardo hotels in Munich and Frankfurt) .They have coffee machine and some capsules. The location is a bit outside salzburg near airport but since the city is small in itself, its just 6-7 km from center. Its half an hour by bus and bus stop is not directly at the hotel.

Exactly as expected for a Leonado Hotel... a good-sized, clean, comfortable room. The staff member on check-in was very friendly and helpful. Free car park on the roof of the hotel was especially convenient for rooms on the first floor.

The corridor carpets stink (Not the rooms). If you find yourself on a hot sunny day (above 28 deg C), then the AC is useless. Has no effect.

We had a family suite and it was big. Excellent views from the hotel room. There is a new construction near to the hotel, so the view might be blocked in the future. Easy to commute from city center (bus: 180/181/27)

When we came just after check-in to our room, the trash bin was not clean, so there was some garbage after the previous guests that occupied the room before us. It did not really bothered us that much to report it, but it spoiled the impression a little. In our bathroom the shower leaked the water pretty much everywhere from the bottom, but since we stayed one night, it was not something that would bother us much.

We chose this hotel because we needed a place to stay on our way from Czech republic to Italy and it really met my expectation and purpose. Hotel staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Since we were coming by car, we really appreciated the free parking. A/C and minibar was working just well. Bed was also comfortable so we were fresh after that one night and we could continue our trip.

I personally think that the room should be cleaned a bit better, more thoroughly.. Not huge problems, but just needs a little more TLC. There were cup stains on the bedside table and the floor was not super clean. The bathroom was spotless though,

I needed a hotel near Salzburg Airport and this hotel is near. It's actually closer than what google maps show as distance. Walking distance is about 1.2 km, not 2.2 as shown by google maps. The receptionist during my late arrival was very friendly and the hotel was pleasant.

The location. Perfect for a stop on your way to Croatia. Just of the highway. We always stop here for an overnight stay to Croatia. It is clean, rooms are big, our dog is welcome and good breakfast.

Don’t get the breakfast, really overpriced and not worth it! We booked in advance so the hotel was relatively cheap, but wanted to extend our stay by an extra night a week in advance and prices had more than doubled by then!

Nice hotel, conveniently located if you are wanting to go to the airport (it’s right there!), but if like us you wanted to visit Salzburg, then it is slightly far (25 min by bus which goes every 15 min). We had to work whilst staying at the airport and the WiFi was brilliant, huge plus. Quiet overall, but we could hear kids jumping above us for a long time at night.

There was nothing really I did not like

The hotel was one of the best priced options in the area, but really quite good. I liked the free parking in the area behind the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms are quiet. I did not travel by plane but the airport is really just a stone throw away.
