Unfortunately, in the second building, where I had my room, there where no elevator.

The personnel had been friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was diverse and containes hot dishes. It was very convenient to leave my suitcase for the day while I had meetings before the train departed. The wifi connection was perfect....

Modern hotel within a few minutes walk of the city centre. Quiet room to rear of building gave a good nights sleep. Helpful and friendly staff. Bar in the evening. Reasonable choice at the buffet breakfast.

The location requires a 10 - 15 minute walk to the center of town. We had to use taxis most times to get to the restaurants.

The hotel has good accommodations for Salzburg hotels in this price range. We enjoyed the breakfast options. The staff was helpful (considering we were a group of 16).

Wifi not working in the rooms "outside". No phone in the rooms to call reception, so if you have trouble (like we did because we had no towels) you have to walk out in order to reach them. A few spiders in the room. The drain wasn't working properly.

The room decor is dated (but it's clean). The hotel reception area is small and gets crowded quickly. No bedding / extra towel upon arrival even though we had reserved and paid for a room for 3. They brought it while we went out for dinner.

The room was clean, it was a room for 3 (my mother, myself, my young adult daughter). It was tight but as usual in Europe. Everything was clean. We expected a queen bed and sofa bed, we got a double bed and queen sofabed so 2 of us slept on the sofabed, which was actually very comfortable. The hotel is situated right outside the old city main fortified gate, location was perfect.

Air conditioning was not cooling enough or we were not adept to operate it.

We liked the location of the hotel. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel from where you have direct bus lines to Salzburg train station. Also, you can walk to the old town and many attractions. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful for any of your requests.

The breakfast was perfect! Many options even if you are vegetarian! The bed was comfy and the room was very clean! The receptionist guy from Tunisia was really helpful! Thank you so much you made our stay there easier

Loved the location, just a short walk to the center of Salzburg. Breakfast is great - lots of choices for everyone's taste. Hotel has its own garage (based on availability) for extra cost, but still a bit cheaper than the pubic garade. Satff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and convenient.

The location is quite nice which is right outside the tunnel connecting to the old town, everything is walkable. only 15 minutes by bus to the airport. Room is quite spacious and staff are very friendly. we had a comfy stay.

The only thing we missed was the smart TV. Apart from German-language TV broadcasts (we only speak in English, so this was not a suitable option for us) we had no other option to watch.

The hotel is in a very nice environment, very close to the city center and attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable.

After 11 days around Germany and Austria, the man in the reception was the friendliest and kindest of all the people I've met in these two countries. He was funny, accommodating and helpful. He was a breath of fresh air. Centrally located too!

A very pleasant hotel within an easy walk (through a tunnel) to the city centre. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were fine. If you want your room to be serviced you need to remember to put the "Please service my room" sign on the door. The coffee machine was a welcome surprise - it made good coffee although a few extra coffee pods would be nice (you can buy these in Billa). Easy to reach from the airport on the number 10 bus route.

Being disturbed by handyman ( something about Wi-Fi ) in morning when do not disturb sign on Slightly disappointed by reality of view which is the bottom of the cliff
