Shower door can't cover very well. Cause water leaking to the floor. I can't sleep very well because the comforter is too heavy.

Location is perfect. Breakfast need to improve the fruit bar. Hard to eat the whole apple, pear, plum...it will be perfect if they can provide some pre-cut fruits.

The room was quite hot and the air conditioning was just blowing out warm air. The windows did open, but as we were facing the main train tracks, this meant the noise from trains could be heard with the windows open. Not a big issue as we were heavy sleepers. Perhaps more could've been explained about the availability of the restaurant as we did not really know about it until the last day.

The hotel was easy to find and was a short walk from the main bus and train station. The room was booked as a small twin, but was larger than expected and very adequate for our needs. The reception staff were polite, friendly and efficient on both check in and check out. The room was clean and well maintained, we found the beds comfortable. The location was convenient and enabled good access to the sights, either walking or using the very good public transport.

Some of the staff could be a little more welcoming to guests. Also, facilities maintenance needs some improvement.

A basic hotel but it has everything you need for a night or two. Convenient location - 7 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes to the old town.

The towels were so small and thin, felt quite budget. The electricity cut out at one point and nobody working there seemed to notice until I called reception. They got it working again pretty quickly though.

Great location - walking distance to the main station and the old town, with good amenities nearby, and a short drive from the airport. The breakfast was alright, not the best but not the worst I've had. The room and bathroom were large and the part of the hotel it was in was quiet enough. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As i said, i was not there long enough to experience the whole breakfast, dinner etc, so i have no negatives to tell.

I was only staying for 1 evening so my review is only based on what I saw and experienced which was not all the facilities available to me. I was there to meet friends who i had not seen in many years, so I basically spent only several hours in the hotel sleeping. Check in was smooth and simple and the lift was next to the reception. The Hotel is also connected to another part of the building which has a bar and restaurant at the top. The room was large for me and had everything i needed, double bed, view to the street but it was not noisy. The shower and toilet area was fine and it all was clean throughout. In the morning it was very sunny even though it was December, the temperature was perfect, short walk to the main train station, maybe 10-15mins and around the same time to the Christmas Market which was across the river. Salzburg is a beautiful city, and I have been many times, so if you go in winter, the Christmas Market is fantastic and the summer, the river is lovely to spend with along it.

It was very close to the train station and therefore noisy at night. I thought it could have been better insulated. Also the bathroom was very small and had no space to hang a hand towel or store toiletries.

The room was clean and the layout of the room was good. The breakfast was good.

Our bathroom had a shower inside a bathtub. There was no curtain, only a fixed glass partition that didn`t prevent much the water from falling onto the bathrom floor, so everything ended up kinda wet. Also, the rooms don`t have carpets so you can hear the noise from other rooms whenever the guests or the cleaning staff are moving the chairs and side tables.

The location for us was perfect (we had backpacks and traveled by train), right in between the train station and the old town. The breakfast could be better, but it was ok. Nice coffee machine with cofee beans and a standard buffet: cheese and ham platters, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurts, breads and cakes. The hotel has a very good restaurant we recommend you to dine in.

It is across the river from the historic centre, but we knew that when we booked, so no issue for us. Just to be aware. Easy stroll, 15 minutes max.

Easy direct walk from the train station. Quiet (we were on the side away from the train tracks). Room and bathroom were a very good size, spotlessly clean. A safe and a fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant attached - but best to reserve, it was busy both nights we were here. Hotel and restaurant staff are great. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff very unfriendly especially at breakfast. Bath had no handles or safety measures for bath/shower, very slippery! Trains quite noisy at night.

The hotel is fairly close to the main train station in Salzburg, but it's in an area that didn't feel safe during the night. There was a fairly good walk to the Old Town and the newer area near the river. Not many restaurants around for dinner (other than the Hotel's which isn't great).
