The only down side is the table in the bigger room and if you want to drink a coffee in the morning there is no place where to sit if others are still sleeping 😉

The location is perfect with the metro station just a couple of minutes away, there is also a large number of excellent restaurants around. The apartment is fully loaded with amenities and the beds are very comfortable.

Apartment is for every recommendation. Host was wonderful and very helpful with informations. The apartment is spotlessly clean with everything I mean everything you could need during your stay. Very comfy beds. Parking for 6e per day and playground for kids is one minute away. Center is 20-30min by foot. Thank you Philippe and keep up the good work.

The cleanliness of the apartment, excellent linens, comfortable beds and pillows, coffee, sugar, salt, everything you need for washing clothes and a dishwasher. Everything is in excellent condition. The owner responded to our questions instantly and with great participation.

The apartments are very nice, clean, light and comfortable, greatly suitable for the family. We had all the necessary and even more. All equipment and furniture are new and perfectly working. Excellent beds, and very quiet inside the flat, even the road is just near the building. Very easy to get upstairs by the lift. The apartments are just in 5 min walking distance to metro stations and supermarkets. Many thanks to the wonderful host Philippe, who has met us in quite late time, explained everything and was ready to answer any small question every moment, by phone. And we really appreciate the excellent coffee, he has kindly provided us with! Extremely recommend and hope to stay in this place again! :)

This is a great apartment in Vienna. It offers everything you need while traveling. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils, great coffee machine and other essential stuff. There is a lot of though going on to ensure your peaceful stay. Philippe, the host, is very helpful providing all explanations and tips if you need anything. The communication both before the trip and during our stay was really very effective and without any delay. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Beds are really comfy too. If you come by car there is a parking lot located nearby, which is quite convenient. Basic shopping options are available in the vicinity with just a couple of minutes of walk. The location was a bit far from the city centre however the underground connection was nearby. Only used the air conditioners for a short period of time as the rooms were quite warm and I found they are a bit noisy for me as they are the portable type. But at least we had some form of air conditioning unlike the other apartment we stayed at in Vienna previously which had no air conditioning whatsoever. I feel I have to mention that the coffee beans used in the coffee machine available in the apartment was undrinkable - I would suggest changing the beans, Philippe.

The apartment was very roomy and clean. So happy that there was a lift available for our luggage which was a bonus compared to the previous apartment we stayed at. Philippe was very attentive to our needs and was generous enough to stock the fridge with items that we needed for the morning as we arrived late when the nearby supermarkets were closed. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to my friends. Thank you Philippe.
