Stay away from room 101. The odor in the room was so bad, when we returned in the evening we had to air out our room for an hour. It must have come from the sewer. we kept the bathroom door closed the entire night, nevertheless it was so strong and stunk. we told the man at the reception and he said that happened before and thanks for letting him know. Unfortunately no other room was available. I still highly recommend this hotel because I have been in other rooms and never had this problem before.

Excellent location, great concept and beautiful view. The breakfast was great and the service phenomenal. The lady at the reception during check in was very welcoming and friendly. I recommend staying here if you have the right room!

Given the central location of this hotel (and all the lighting outside) it was disappointing that the curtains seem to have been broke so there were gaps in the curtains which let light into the room at night time. Also, the windows did not open as handle was broken. We were given breakfast vouchers to compensate for this, but really not ideal as it meant we had to sleep with the airconditioner on.

Location could not have been better. Travelled with a baby so had cot put into room, which made things a lot easier. All staff, especially in restaurant were excellent with accommodating our needs with the baby. The Deluxe Plus Room was the perfect size for the three of us.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, professional and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant that we tried for dinner and the dinner was superb. We loved that the mini-bar includes beer and wine. The room was very clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend the property.

Did not like at all the congested breakfast room which works for both guests and neighbourhood residents, cold, noisy and uncomfortable.The idea of active emotion on wall photos might appeal to some, but we weren't happy about it, we had too much emotion of our own.

Love the idea of the windows and the view from the windows, that on them you can sit cosily with a glass of wine observing life.Loved having a separate dressing room and free bottles in the fridge.The overall impression of the room is great

This hotel does everything right! Location is perfect, so close to all the sights and yet on a nice quiet square. Staff are just superb, everyone so helpful and friendly. We booked a Deluxe room and it didn't disappoint, bed was so comfortable, room beautifully appointed spacious and bright. Breakfast was delicious, the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere even at breakfast and is buzzy with locals and hotel guests enjoying some great dishes. I would definitely stay here again!
