Since we had the room located next to the entrance of the auxillary building, we could hear every person coming in and out and the we could also hear the noise on the street, especially during early morning. So we recommend ear plugs if you get the same room.

Even though we arrived quite late, our host Martin was kind enough to open the SPA for us. Overall, the interaction with the staff was a pleasant one - they were helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, diverse and exceeded our expectations of a continental breakfast. Everything was very well maintained and clean.

I was looking for accommodation close to Burg Clam to attend a concert and found this one by chance (close to the bus shuttle pick up point). It really surprised me, because I though it's a Catering Company, but it had the most comfortable rooms, super clean and uncomplicated check-in outside of their opening hours. It even has a spa area (which was closed unfortunately). The breakfast was superb, huge buffet and all in all great :-)

Everything is wonderful, in these hotel This hotel is clean, close to the city center and can satisfy many demands. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. It's worth staying for more than one night. Next time I will stay longer in this hotel. I recommend it!!!

The mattress that was in the single bed version was very soft which I think not good for people with back problems. Also having rooms in different building may be somehow disappointing.

The hotel was quite good for a small town. It is located in the town center. The facility is divided into different building sections so your room may not be in the reception building. The room that I have stayed was clean, neat and seems to be new decorated. It was a single bed version, and it has enough space. The breakfast was quite good, with variety. Hotel has also a good restaurant.

The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. I do not eat meat, and most of their a-la-carte dishes contain meat - still, they went above and beyond and prepared something on the spot for me to eat - which was very delicious. The breakfast is excelent with lots of choices - is one of the best I've ever had.

Not really a 4* hotel. Just one small and one big towels in a double room for 2 persons. The toilleteries with heavy masculine flavor. Difficult to find a parking place nearby, since there were signs mentioning that between 7-18 parking is against costs, but no parkschein facilities.

Clean and big room. Nice semi-opened area for having breakfast. Rich choice and high quality products for breakfast, excellent coffee.

The reception is not open 24 hours and you have to take care yourself to take the keys, but it was easy with the instructions given by the stuff.

We booked this accommodation as we needed an overnight stay after a long ride. It is about 15km (15-20 minutes) from the high way to this location. It is a very quiet place, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which is served from 6:30 in the morning. It was not clear to me about the parking, but we parked in front of the building until the check out at 10am and everything was alright. I would definitely recommend this location for a stay here.
