United KingdomMy only complaints were: the curtains in both of the rooms were too small to properly cover the windows. They need two extra panels adding either side and some black out material to aid better sleep. The kids food menu needs expanding; we were on half board and there was not a lot to choose from for the kids dining there every night. Could do with other kids things like burgers (which you have on the adult lunch menu) etc. would be helpful too to have the same for a kids room service menu Other than that, a perfect stay!
Loved the whole property. Can’t wait to come back.

GermanyIt is really personal preference but the food was hit and miss as it was more French influenced and a bit of gourmet style.
Very luxurious and specious hotel. We got lucky and got an upgraded room with mountain view. The bed was on the very soft side. The location is great, right next to the cable card and ski slopes, just 20m walking. The service was very good as well, we got a welcome drink which was a nice touch. The SPA was very good with couple of saunas, olympic sized indoor pool and the amazing outdoor infinity pool. There was a parking for the car in front of the hotel. The ski equipment could be left downstairs where every room has its own locker and slot.

It was just perfect! Perfect location, on the piste. The hotel is 5 stars, offering everything you may desire: it is very nice and luxurious (room was top, wellness and (outdoor)pool are very good and relaxing; food (breakfast and diner) was excellent). The staff is professional and very helpful. I was lucky as I got an free room update and the possibility for an early check in as well as a late check out. I enjoyed every minute in the hotel and I certainly will go back.

GermanyThe "ski in ski out" possibility is great. There are so variety of ski lifts/routes. Ski shop is just located inside the hotel, it is very easy to hire a your ski/snowboard from there. The staff in the shop are extremely helpful and friendly. The food option (both in breakfast/dinner) and service quality was amazing. There were so many wine options. The whole staff were also so friendly and amazing. (Special thanks to the guys in reception, to Maria)

AustriaOur room was not that big but still very well appointed with a good amount of storage space. The food was not quite as good as we had expected.
The hotel was excellently situated adjacent to two lifts. A ski shop is integral to the hotel so that getting skis was simplicity itself. The ski room is adjacent to the ski shop which was also very convenient. View from our room was fantastic. The hotel spa is amazing with a huge indoor pool and a very warm outdoor pool where you could sit and enjoy the mountain views. Several saunas and a steam room were also excellent together with large relaxation areas.

United KingdomWe have stayed in the area 4 times now and found the hotel to be on par with Riml and a few others in Obergurgl, my wife missed the lack of afternoon snacks and the only other minor point is the bar area lacks atmosphere

Belgiumbreakfast and dinner are very limited. there is not much choice of food. the bar area is very small and there are also tables to eat dinner which i do not find nice at all. not against animals but there were way too many dogs which made us feel very uncomfortable while eating + the noise from barking. the outside pool was not very warm. one day during our stay there was no hot water in the bathroom at all. even though they fixed it later we did not expect from a 5star hotel to let something like that happen. there is not much to do for kids. the kids area is very small and there are limitied toys and not tidy at all. the indoor pool is very deep thus for kids highly not recommended. the tiles are very slippery and on several occasions I have seen guests who slipped and fell. you had to be very careful when walking
the location was perfect. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
