Compared to other stay-over hotels, this hotel is rather expensive taking into account relatively old and basic accommodation . Bed with a wooden foot end.

Well located for overnight stay when travelling North to South or the reverse. Nice traditional style restaurant where the Austrian traditionals are served in generous portions

Close to Innsbruck. The room was very nice with 2 twin beds and extra bed. The breakfast was very good.

Disappointing that we couldn't eat dinner in the hotel on the evening of our arrival (due to staff holidays just after the end of the season), but to be fair, the staff recommended a very good restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast excellent. Setting superb. Staff communication extremely good. Room facilities and spaciousness were very good. (Would have preferred door to bathroom to have been opaque rather than clear glass)

The walls were paper thin. I could hear next door clearly and not really the stuff you want to hear! Breakfast mediocre at best, no tea making facilities, restaurant was closed.

Nice and clean, pretty building, the dining area was stunning. Our.room was a comforble size. Shower really good. A generally nice "stop over" hotel.

Incredible Austrian charm, hotel was modern but lots of wood and lots of detail. Very charming balcony was incredible the detail and amazing view. Breakfast very fresh fruit, breads, cheeses juice etc

The street noise was too loud in the night. Air conditioner would be good in Summer. The stale air we didn't like. The cleaning could have been better.

Personal very friendly. They waited for us to come at night. 24 hr reception. Breakfast very good an tasty. Room size ok. The hotel is old so not easy to build in someting. Bed was hard.

The glass door of the bathroom was very uncomfortable, considering we were 3 people in the room. We had to make special arrangements for taking a shower...

Amazing location, very clean, beautiful room, they have an available person to greet you 24/07, which was amazing considering that we arrived with a 3 hours delay at night.

Cleaning can be a little better. The reception desk is a little chaotic and too much stuff laying around. A tidy reception makes a good first impression 😉.

Room was very nice in size and style. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed our meal on the terrace. Breakfast was nice and has a good variety. We enjoyed our stay on our way to Italy and will come again.

It was very hot so need to open windows. Smelling from kitchen comes up so could not keep windows open. More privacy in the shower would be nice.A door is need it like for toilet seat which also prevent watter to spread all over. Personal staf a bit confussed and unexperienced. Don't speak English.

Room large & clean recently rebuild. Fresh and new furniture. New renovated bathroom. Excelent shower: modern and new.Very good breakfast with wide selection of food.

Room on the street side can get a lot of noise from cars over-speeding at night, no privacy on the balcony of single room if adjacent room(s) is/are occupied.

Food and accommodation very good . One staff member very rude from start to finish . All other staff members were fine bare one very rude indeed and we were a tracking party of 20 people and everyone said the same .

shower and bathroom space are a bit tight

great place for a quick overnight sleep, close to motorway exit, very calm and peaceful area, private parking place and good and fresh breakfast included, clean room with a retro/rustic feel, everything you need for a good night's sleep
