The hotel room was exactly what I needed and easy to find (even for me). And it was within walking distance of the main attractions!

the room was too old and not clean. they did not change towels daily. the windows couldn’t work and the room was too cold and noisy. the building was smelling so bad and the beds were not comfortable. the photos of the room looked nicer but the reality was horrible.

To take a shower with hot water was impossible because there is no hot water. The registration works only from 7 am till 1:30 pm.

The hotel is near railway station and close to the center of the city.

Are many cons on the reviews but for us as a couple, the room was very nice and comfortable. We didn’t had any problems and also the urban transport is very close. We had chilly weather so the room temperature was very good.

To be honest , i can't really fault the place. The locations great and the staff were friendly. The only downside (if you like to watch TV) is that the TV in my room only played audio channels. However, there's lots to do and see in Salzburg. I didn't go there to watch TV.

Reception closes early and i arrived late afternoon. However, the hotel sends you a key code, as the front door is locked. You just type in the pin number and your key drops out. (Its a vending machine for keys!) Great idea, ive never seen anything like it before.

No lift - might be a problem for some. No breakfast facilities - might be a problem for some.

Very good value and close to centre (20 mins walk). Parking available just outside door (book for €15) basic room but comfy beds, clean, spacious. Window well insulated against traffic noise. Nice bathroom. Near station so fast food outlets nearby. Receptionist very kind and friendly.

The upholstery of the seats is not very clean.

The location is very good, central, with parking space included, which is great. The rooms are large, luxurious, with vintage furniture.

The accomodation is next to busy road, so when we had open window at night it was quite noisy.

It was really easy to find, there were a lot of free parking places (no fees) on weekends around the accomodation. The room was really big for 3 persons, just the bathroom was very small.

It was a real pain to stay at this hotel. My room was very small. The window faces the street so got warm by the day. In the evening it was very stuffy that it was impossible to breathe. Also there was a terrible noise from the street: transport and cars during the day, trains at night (there is a train station nearby) and cars. The bed was on wheels so it was moving all the time. And the worst - bugs. They bit me all night long, and in the morning there were traces of blood on my bed sheets and my friend's. When I pushed the bed aside, I saw some powder that was on the carpet under the bed. The smell from this powder was also unpleasant. I didn't sleep all night (!!!!), the reception didn't work from 3 p.m. and all night. I wrote three e-mails to the administrator asking to change the room but got no reply. When I asked in the morning why nobody reacted, the Lady at the reception was surprised and dissatisfied. As a result, 80 euros tossed down the drain, the inability to sleep at night, stuffiness, hum, and bloody legs as a result of bites. I don't understand how booking can recommend such hotels.
