The heating of the room could be better, as it was a little bit cold in the morning. Check-in instructions were not in English. Our room was on Argentinierstraße near the central station, and although we thought it will be quite busy street, we didn't like the neighborhood. They had some repairs done on the street during our stay so it was very loud from 7 a.m. in the morning. So probably it affected our judgement

Very much liked the interior of our room, fancy bathroom, the fact that room and especially the bathroom had floor heating was very convenient, Room offered complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and wine bottle. It was very sweet. Facilities of the room (coffeemaker was huge plus) were great. Sheets, towels, robes were clean and fresh. We were arriving late and I was a little bit nervous about finding the room as the hotel has various locations and some comments were saying they had trouble finding their room. Although the instructions were quite clear, and we figured it out easily. Definitely worth the price!

The location is a short walk and two stops away from the centre of Vienna, which was fine for us. The room itself was unique and had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. We accidently went to the wrong building at first, but the staff were incredibly helpful and even printed us our welcome pack. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Some dust and no hot water for a while hence a bit cold.

Great location walkable distance from the city centre and near the tram station. Innovative interior and comfy bed. Good breakfast options nearby. A bottle of wine and water was made available.

The shower was in the room with no privacy screen which I don’t believe was mentioned in the information section.

The staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep our belongings in the reception until it was time for check-in! The room was spacious and very clean with the check in process being very easy and simple to follow. A nice walk to the city centre and lots of cute cafes on the way.

We liked the hotel very much. It's 10 minute walk from main train station and close to Belvedere. 40 minute walk to center. Nice neighbourhood. The room was clean, very cozy, with everything you need. The property exceeded our expectations considering the good price and in comparison to other hotels in Vienna.

The pillows could have been a little more firm. Very soft that your head went through the pillows and touched the mattress.

The uniqueness of the property. We felt safe, it was extremely clean and in a great location to where we wanted to be. Fantastic!

The shower didn't drain very well. We had to turn the water off numerous times to let the water drain to stop it overflowing. We had left for breakfast on our final morning to return to the front door wide open with all of our bags still in the room. The cleaner had arrived before check out. Might be a personal preference but we would have liked a curtain between the bathroom and bedroom to stop the light flooding the whole room.

Beautiful room very close to the train station. It was surprisingly spacious given the location. Lots of space to put bags. We would stay here again. It was very comfortable. It was a little far from many attractions but that was not an issue as it was close to the tram station.

Just need to watch out for neighbors. I had the curtains open and then in the morning suddenly a few people were outside of the room. As the room is on the ground floor, this might be the case every now and then. However no big deal, I just closed the curtain

Large room that exceeded my expectation. Also nice little touchpoints, i.e. coffee machine, free drinks, etc. Bathroom is also massive. Location is also great, just a minute or two from the castle Belvedere and also the main train station in Vienna

The only window is at street level and is not obscured at all which meant closing the curtain permanently for privacy, allowing no natural light. Applying a slight frosted effect to the internal window would help with this. The clothes rail had too many storage units below and made it difficult to use. It would be better to have one of the storage units somewhere else in the room.

Very cool space. Decor felt urban, luxurious and stylish. The room had everything you need for a city break, and a desk to work from if required. Bathroom and shower was a very nice space to refresh between day and evening ventures. Very easy to find, simple check-in process. Staff extremely helpful when contacted.

Because it is on the ground floor, it feels a little not safe. At night although it’s not a busy road you can hear everything that passes from outside

Nice design, clean, convenient location close to the train station. Also the guy at the office (I think his name was Fabian) was very helpful and kind, and although I couldn’t do an early check-in he helped me by moving my luggage in my room while I was not there.

Make sure that you arrive during the day, you need to get a key from the locker/safe, and this didn't work for us, but I called and then somebody came to support us. Just if you arrive at night that would have been a problem!

Great place in great location in Vienna, close to the Belvedere (great for going for a run) but also close to the new main station with many great restaurants, cafes, gym etc. Big and nice room with great shower and toilet. A great experience to come to Vienna, you can also walk to the city center (around 20 min.). The place is very good value for money, also if you want to stay for several days.

The only problem is that the room locates on ground floor facing the street. It's actually a space for a store with a showcase facing the street. So no privacy, you'll have to shutdown the curtain all the time. And the street can be a bit noisy with vans loading and reloading. Also, there's a church right opposite the street. The church bell rings at 7am every morning.

I love the design of the room. And it's really spacious. The shower is great. 5min walk to Belvedere Palace and 10min walk to Wien Hbf.
