The pillows are too soft.

A great place to stay for a family. The owner of the apartment is very nice, ready to help with any problem smily and pleasant. The apartment is clean and spacious. From the windows there is a captivating view. The apartment is close to a supermarket and Terma Amade. In the yard there are chickens, rabbits and ponies. There is a washing machine and a dryer that can be used for 3 Euros each (just make sure you have coins). A magical place that we would love to return to in the future

The apartments are beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Amazing location, close to nature and the city and includes activities for the whole family. Karin is a perfect host, was available to us at all times and gave us great recommendations about food, hiking trails and more! Cannot recommend enough! Don’t miss Karin’s restaurant in Filzmoos- Oberhofalm. We had the best meal there and the view is beyond beautiful.The apartments are beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Amazing location, close to nature and the city and includes activities for the whole family. Karin is a perfect host, was available to us at all times and gave us great recommendations about food, hiking trails and more! Cannot recommend enough!

Soft mattresses - it´s not a weakness but a matter of preferences.

Clean, large, well equipped apartment. Easy communication with the host, nothing was a problem. Good location in a calm area, in proximity to lifts, aquapark, shops. Possibility to use sauna, playroom for kids, fitness area. Nice garden.

The temperature of the accommodation was quite low and it did not get better even the second day. Also, there was no key in one of the bathrooms.

I like the size of the apartment, equipment of the kitchen, sauna available for almost no fee, storage for skies and parking space at the hotel.

Great location, there is a room for kids with toys that the kids loved to stay at. Outside there is a big yard with donkeys, chickens and rabbits. Also there are bicycles. There is a washer machine and dryer. The room is big and with all the kitchen features needed.

The washing machine and the tumble drier are to be paid with 1 EU coins. I found this out one evening when went to do the laundry, and when no reception was available for the change...

The hotel is lovely, there are horses, rabbits and chickens running around freely. The apartment is very comfortable and sweet. The location is close to many attractions and to the high way. The owners are very nice and willing to help with everything you need.
