Cleanliness at a minimum level, a lot of dust. There is no soap/dishwahing liquid/ showergel aso. If you arrive outside opening hours of the shops, you use only water 😁. Bed mattress of low quality, they slip out. There was also one single clothes hanger. For this huge appartment there is only one small tv. All in all, we felt no care for the customer.

The appartment is extremely spacious and has 2 terraces, of which one is huge. There are 3 bedrooms, so indicated rather for a big family.

Only small remark, was for the fact was no shower gel available for the first shower. For late arrivals would be perfect since we were able to buy all we need next morning

Public transportation at a walking distance, supermarket, bar and restaurant same, 10m walking, you can find all you need for a long stay without issues. the apartment have e everything and is very comfortable and quiet. We have constant communication with the property and even arriving late all was ready for us

We stayed 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned and we had in the last days no toilet paper.

Location isn’t ideal, we had to walk 12 minutes to the closest metro station. Sometimes it was snowing or raining heavily so that was inconvenient.

Everything was amazing! We got the apartment number 8. There were 3 floors, a looooot of space for 6 people. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, even a dishwasher. The terrace upstairs has a great view, there’s chairs and it’s a cute spot to hang out but it was too cold for that in December. All the bedrooms were “theme-colored” and they were all really comfortable and pretty! The staff was so friendly: they gave us the keys before we could check in (apt wasn’t cleaned yet) and we left our bags at the reception as we went out to discover the city. By the evening when we got back they had taken all of our luggage upstairs for us. Very sweet of them.

Would have been nice to have a dryer, firmer pillows. Little hard how to figure out the door locks initially. No barrier on the shower so would wet the floor while showering.

Everything we touched was really dirty. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. The pillows weren't pillows as they had no filling.

the photos on booking are not real. they have multiple apartments for rent, but you can't see those photos. so you don't know where you'll stay. there were two bathrooms but one small where you have the toilet seat and the second bathroom a bit bigger but with shower and no toilet.

Location is pretty good. you have shops and food near. two bedroom apartment with a small living room.

We needed to prompt the supervisor to provide the correct amount of cutlery and crockery. Bathroom and toilet extraction filters need cleaning. I needed to clear the shower drain so that the waist water could drain out.

Could have been a bit cleaner (visible dust and several spider webs). Also, 1 wc for 4 or more people can be a bit tricky.

The sofa in the kitchen which we crucified for sleeping, was very dirty inside..... it has not been cleaned for a long time... We had to sweep it away first before we slept it for sleep. I recommend having one, two extra pillows and duvets, at least have some coffee left as there is a coffee maker for filtered coffee..... Especially for tourists like us who ate outside and didn't shop.

The apartment is very large, warm, with nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, bathroom and toilet separately, kitchen with a large living room with a sofa bed for up to 2 people. For a tourist stay it is a very good offer. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage in the office upon early arrival (after 10am), to take the key to the apartment and register, in the evening our luggage was uploaded to our room...

Cleanness the apartment is not very good, it should be better.

The location is OK, there is an uban station close to the apartment. The apartment is very big. You have everything in it for staying like a tourist in the city.

Not clear to me, how can people make walls dirty, why shoe prints were on the ceiling. It's a new flat, but seems to be, not all of us can't take care of it.

Great, big and comfortable apartment, and enough for 7 people as well. Has good kitchen, great beds, and everything what you need. Aircon, washing machine, what else needed?

Nothing like the photos at all… Very very basic… The sink plug in bathroom was blocked and would not drain - I had to clean it properly for it to work… A little far from city centre and a 10 minute walk from nearest station… but that’s representative in the price
