- it was dusty and dirty. the table in the living room was sticky, the floors were dirty, there was dust everywhere and some plates and glasses were not properly washed - the bedding had holes in them. both bedrooms bedding and the spare one were torn and they looked bad. - there are no additional trash bags, paper towels, detergent, anything of sorts. - we requested additional towels and we received two of them, even though we were a group of four adults - payment is not made at the property, they charge your credit card before your arrival (this was just an inconvenience, since I limit my cards for online payments)

+ the location is good, close to the tram and the metro station, we were able to reach city center in 20-30 minutes. + there are two grocery stores near by (Billa and Penny) + we checked out later (13:30) without an additional fee + we requested an iron and an ironing board and they were provided directly to the apartment + it was a better price than other properties at the time of our visit (around New Year’s Eve) + check-in and check-out were contactless.

The beds were not comfortable, the pillow fillings were on prieces and aost like nonexistent. The location was perfect for what we needed and in general it was ok. However, the dirt under the master bedroom was 2cm thick...not sure why that wasn't cleaned for such a long time that there was a proper layer.

VERY basic equipment in kitchen and shower - eg no bath mat, one hand towel for 3-4 people, none of the common 'basics' in the kitchen like salt. The electric kettle (plastic) was badly stained, we didn't use it. One of the hot-plates seemed never to get very hot. Meagre supply of toilet paper.

All the basics were in place. Arrived a little early; couldn't have access to the flat, but were able to leave our luggage in the office for an hour. The location was excellent for us. Friendly welcome. The office was only open when we were at work, so we never saw the hosts after the check-in (but it worked anyway).

In sum, this apartment did not meet the normal expectations of experienced international travelers. The worst part is that the management seemed not to care.

The pictures in the description make this apartment look lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately the apartment that was rented to us bore little resemblance to the pictures, or to the description. It was large, but furnished with only basics. The few items of furniture that were provided were well-used and not very comfortable. Amenities were zero – for a five day stay we got precisely one towel per person, no washcloths and no bathmat. The airconditioning and fan referred to in the listing were nowhere to be found. (In fairness, when we complained the management did send up a fan and a bathmat on the second day.) The kitchen was large but only sparsely equipped. The microwave oven worked fine but contrary to the description there was no “toaster” as the word is understood in English. (There was a sort of German waffle iron in one of the drawers, and the management said that was the “toaster.”) “Garden view” in the description means the living room looks down on a square of greenery. There is no access to it. The bedrooms face the street; as there was no air conditioning we had to keep windows open, so fortunately the street outside was relatively quiet. Check-in was easy. (Keys in a lockbox.) Only one set of keys was provided, which complicated our comings-and-goings.

We stayed at top 5, second floorm Dirty floors with food stains on them. Horrible bed linings and awful pillows. All very old and used up. Towels as well, old and all different. Kitchen, very badly equipped. Everything is mismatched and there is too little of glasses, wine glasses etc. Finally, it is not transparent on the booking.com which apartment you are booking.

The host was polite and helpful. The location is ok when with the car and the key exchange and payment was smooth. Balcony is nice and the orientation to the backyard is peaceful and convenient.

Two lights were broken. 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the living room. The appartment can be noisy. You can hear the footsteps in the other appartments loud and clear. No change in towels while staying for 5 days.

Great airco. Close to public transport and easy to find. It was clean and had a good balcony. The appartment had everything you need for a vacation.

The transparent window in the bathroom/toilet. But it is not a big deal as far as there is nobody in the garden.

The bungalow was perfect for our family. It was located in the garden and was very quiet and clean. The neighbourhood is also quiet. Also I like the fact that there are plenty of transports, shops and restaurants nearby. The place is really top!
