We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our stay in Die Wasnerin Hotel exceeded our expectations starting with a warm welcome, lovely and professional staff specially Ms. Sabrina in the front desk, amazing room view, very good breakfast buffet, very special dinner and excellent facilities. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for those who love nature and relaxation.

HungaryThere were two things, like the dogs...the hotel is dedicated to "Adults, only", therefore we really could not understand the dogs barking from the rooms below us. The other unlike thing was the big hurry during the dinner. Both days, the waiters served the dinner on the run, mostly without eye contact, they put it on the table the meal and ran on. A few yeras ago, when we were there for the first time, the dinner took place in much calmer, friendlier circumstances.
This was our second time here and the welcome drink at this time in the garden was a very postive and joyfull surprise. :) The breakfast and dinner was very delicius. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent wellness area with lovely refreshments. Very friendly and helpfull staff, with great ideas for trekking tour. Many thanks! Gorgeous view from the wellness terrace.

Our stay in Die Wasnerin exceeded my expectations. Started with welcome drinks in a beautiful lounge and lovely staff. Room view is amazing, spa and wellness area very nice (don't miss to book a massage, there are many offers for each taste), breakfast and dinner left us speechless, bar and library area are super cozy and elegant at the same time. The hotel has a gym as well, and great offers for yoga classes (just make sure to book in advance). I totally recommend taking a private yoga class ( guided by a lovely teacher Doris). *As we stayed during Easter, we even got Easter lunch and very special buffet dinner. We will be back for sure!:)

GermanyI would have even more appreciated if there had been for example a 2 hours time window every day at the hotel directly where one could have taken a COVID self test under surveillance every 2 days instead of taking the drive to Bad Aussee. However, it’s also only a 4 min Drive. So totally doable, however with only car only. Also (but this is more a general note to hotels with an included wellness area) I continue to observe people either not being fully aware or not following/respecting common wellness/sauna/hygiene rules (eg no bathing suits in the nude area or facilities, no constant chatting in quiet areas, etc). I would really appreciate if hotels with such a great option to have a bit of a closer eye on all guests fully complying to the common sauna/nude culture. There is a lot of cleaning staff all around - so I suppose they could help with hinting guests from time to time.
Above all we noticed the extremely well trained, friendly and caring staff. But also the location in a small lower valley inbetween the Mountains, the tasteful, quiet and clean rooms as well as the well equipped wellness area upgraded our stay. We stayed at one of the Deluxe rooms with tasteful interior and an exceptionally big bathroom with shower and tube? The beds with special organic mattresses are really comfortable and the room was very quiet, even though when we moved in I was concerned about the the road noise from further away. But I am very sensitive with those things and was happy the concern had no grounds at all. Instead we mostly heard birds and the little fountain in front. The deluxe rooms are north east faced, so if there is sun, only early mornings. The south rooms are lower category, though. We didn’t mind too much, since we only partly had some spring sun hours inbetween anyways. Also of there is lots of sun there is also lots of Great outdoor spots to enjoy it! We can really recommend Die Wasnerin, if you are looking for a little time out in Austrian nature close to many lakes and mountains at the same time. It’s tasteful and well organized and offers a great place for a little retreat!

IsraelThe main problem was the shower . it was imposible to use it cos one second the water was very very hot and the next second it was cool . I discovered that this problem is well know . we booked 3 rooms for 6 night and the problem was in 2 rooms . DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL !!!
The shower problem was very serious so everything is dwarfed.
