The hotel is great, perfect for kids, not too crowded. Plenty of activities, all clean and good quality. The food service is very fast and efficient.

The entire trip was fantastic. The service and attention to detail - 1st class. Travelling with a young family, they went out of their way to make us welcome, and no request was too much. The water park, youth room, and pool were definitely a highlight as well as easy access to the gondoliers for skiing. Will definitely be returning

Staff tried to help but their lack of english did not help communication. We werent able to communicate our needs properly. Ordering room service over the phone was a disaster. This hotel is great for german tourists. Any english speaking tourist will have to make an effort because only one or two employees knew a somewhat decent english.

Room costed more per night than Estonian average wage for a month:). nothing more to add, it was an awesome experience and if You have planned it in Your budget then it is definitely worth it. Would I stay here again, not sure, maybe I would take another 5 star hotel in the are. the views were worth it.

The location was great, the waterslides were children favorite, The food was great, The parking space was close to elevator, mainly because the room costed more per night than Estonian average wage for a month:)

There is nothing to really "complain" about. Unfortunately we were unable to get into the fine dining restaurant Petrus or the Grill & Wine bar. At least for us, great shame and a reason to return sometimes! ;-)

Beautiful family run hotel with excellent service, excellent cuisine and exemplary guest care. Amazing views of the surrounding countryside in a beautiful alpine valley. Clean and well-maintained rooms.

The hotel is fantastic ! Way better than the photos. The hotel is right next to the cable car, it’s truly ski to door. The ski lockers are so luxurious it’s actually amazing usually ski lockers are in a dark smelly room that is awful to be in but this was like a spa. Speaking of the spa there are 4 pools at this hotel kid friendly ones and adult only ones and they are all amazing ! The indoor water park is the best thing I have ever seen and with the baby pools right next to it it meant one parent could be with the kids in the baby pool while the other goes down the amazing slides a few times. If your kids are older you’ll have so much fun on the slides with them. From check in to check out you really feel the luxury and hospitality. Best ski resort I ever stayed in!

Room-service food options are limited for pescetarians. No sea food to order. The English version of the room-service menu is not even translated to English. A lot of dust in the room, we felt like the snow was falling in the room watching the dust under the sunlight.

Location was perfect to enjoy skiing. Also there were many other options which we can relax in the hotel, so it was so comfortable and great to have fun time. It was also great choice to have half board option, because dining service was better than I expected and buffet like complementary free to access was also kind of satisfying point that we liked. It was perfect place to spend holiday.

We thought that the dinner food was very poor. Weird menu and just not the type of food that we are accustomed to. Staff were okay but pretty charmless.

2 main things made this an uncomfortable experience for us: 1. Room was very hot at night as there no AC, and no windows besides the door to the balcony. Unfortunately the staff fell short of providing us any consolation. They provided a fan which barely did the work. Furthermore the receptionist was slightly rude, and unwelcoming of our complaints. We did NOT sleep well. 2. Insects!! When stepping out to the balcony outside the room, within seconds, all of our bodies, hair, and clothes filled with hundreds of little insects that itched and irritated the skin. Sending us to change clothes, and shower. All this said, the staff offered us a free day in the facilities, which was nice of them.

Food, location, and facilities are great and thoughtful.
