Absence of a coffee / tea making facility in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all meals were prepared to our dietary requirements. Immensely enjoyed the evening with Frederico on the piano and with the violin. A little modernization for the romantic room ( the bathroom) could be recommended. TV needs to be updated to allow for casting and Internet connectivity.

I made a mistake by ordering a room without a balcony, the room we got was not suitable for a long stay. so next time we will probably take one with a balcony and probably bigger with a view

- Sometimes the staff feels a bit disorganised, especially around dinnertime - Some staff members are just a bit rude - We have been here many times, but last time we have gotten a smaller and not as nice room as our other family members. Same rate, same room naming. This was disappointing.

- Amazing SPA area, has options for both nude and non-nude relaxation - Great food, amazing kitchen! - Nice programs, bar is always stocked - Right in the middle of the Austrian Alps, just a perfect getaway from the world

Some rooms have no air conditioning and smaller than pictures, we had to insist on the exact one All inclusive is limited to certain hours for alcoholic drinks

The SPA is awesome, not crowded, sooo many options. They give free entereence to nearby expensive attractions like Swarovski and Innsbruck view point. All inclusive and delicious food and great cocktails and drinks.

I loved the range of various spas. The extra organized activities were all great. Loved the piano music night. Great bar with all drinks included. Good range of food from the buffet. Staff were fabulous. We did some enjoyable long walks and e-bike rides.

I didn’t have a car so spent a little fortune on taxis to town to shop and to attend festival

The environs and ambience which was calm, soothing, relaxing yet sophisticated, beautiful. This hotel facilities cater for every need. Nothing was too much to ask for. I loved the food and all the very attentive bar and dining staff. I loved the spa, the live music entertainment in the evening. The hotel room s serious about food too. No wonder hotel is called Wellness hotel. And not to forget very kind and friendly staff!

Amazing resort, everything was just perfect, especially the 2 ladies serving the drinks in the bar when we stayed on 23/26th April.

- Breakfast can be improved: there was never a staff behind the kitchen to make the eggs your way, for example. Not too many options, not offering capuccino with non-dairy milk and so on; - The location isn't that great, the photos are much prettier than reality. The view from the rooftop pool are not that great - I have stayed in much prettier villages and hotels in Austria; - There is a pool that clearly says 16+, however there were kids there with their parents, after 18:00PM, not nice. - For a 4 star hotel offering a all in 1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash is not a 4 start service. You should offer all separately.

The room: our room was very comfortable, modern style. Staff: everyone was very friendly. We drove the whole way from Vienna, so we did checked-in around 23:00, but the hotel messaged us asking If they could make a cold plate for us since we would miss dinner that night. I thought that was very nice and considered. Upon arrival, the check-in was closed, however the manager of the hotel welcomed us in a very kind manner, although was late and even brought us to our room. He also offered us a welcome drink at the bar, which was very nice :) Spa: the spa is very nice and modern. I like the decoration and style. Food: we had full board and we did enjoy dinner, it was great!

In the evening, more animation will be appreciated. Dj party for adults to dance on recent music records is missing. For the casino evening, the hotel should foresee more gambling tables.

Great breakfast, nice diner, beautiful room suite, wonderful spa, very good quality of food , personal very friendly and attentive, ski for kids in French, the included visits and the all in coktails.

The spa area is too overcrowded on Saturday. There are only three infusions at the Finish sauna, which is too less for that small place with so many people. Even if you arrive 10 minutes before the sauna is already full. Although less than 50% of loungers are used in relaxing rooms, you can't stay there cause the rest is reserved with someone's wet trousers or towels. We would either book a day in a spa centre and a good hotel close to next time.

The rooms are spacious. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and dinner, lots of options to choose from. Good variety of wine and general drinks. The service is excellent. The swimming pool is great and offers a variety of massage jets.

A personal preference: a 3-in-1 shampoo isn't very friendly, we would've preferred a seperate shampoo and conditioner.

The spa staff were unprofessional. There was a misunderstanding, due to language barrier, so the spa staff were rude, looked annoyed and were unkind. I personally felt like a burden.

The pools are amazing and fun! Most of the staff were kind and respectful, other than the spa staff. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty to choose from.

We stayed one floor above the bar and there was a concert until ~23:00, and we could hear the music from the room like it was right next to us. Perhaps other rooms have better sound isolation, but ours certainly did not.
