Everything was perfect from day one. We were greeted on arrival by Michael the Operations manager, he helped us with everything we needed, explained everything and provided us with a bottle of great wine, there are some parking spaces around the hotel and also a food market right around the corner, this place definitely deserves a 10/10 rating!

Brand new place. Wonderfully designed. The owner's own paintings. Michael was very kind and welcoming at the reception. We received a bottle of house wine, and there were complimentary refreshments in the apartment. The app works well, you can open doors by phone.

I recommend! Nice new and clean apartments close to the metro station. Parking 5 min walk to the apartments (for fee). Fully equipped kitchen. Apartments are close to the small market where you can make groceries, have a breakfast. I`ll book same stay next time in Vienna!

We had a very very pleasant stay at one of the beautiful Weltwien apartments. Gundula and Michi have welcomed us so warm and gently, we immediately felt at home. We loved to chat with these two and appreciated all the tips and tricks they had for us. Thanks to them, we found the best Vietnamese just around the corner, In general, you can just feel the warmth and joy they have for their jobs. The apartments are super modern and everything is brand new. Even though the opening was only 2 months ago, they thought of every detail and there was nothing we did miss. We loved the welcome snacks and welcome drink, the possibility to excercise in one of the big rooms on the ground floor and the option to do laundry. The rooms are spacious and super convenient. The furniture and the design is very chic. We especially loved the art pieces from the owner's wife. It makes everything so personal and unique. Overall, everything in the house is just sophisticated beautiful and designed with an eye for the detail. Depending on your personal situation, you will definitely find the perfect apartment from the multiple different options available. For summer months, you should for sure get one with a balcony - they look super calm and nice. A safe parking garage is nearby (~3min) and for luggage drop on and of you will get a special permit from Michi - so don't worry about that. All in all, it was just great. Interior lighting seemed poor at night. The heating felt not sufficient. Couldn't use Wi-Fi, both as guest and day user.

The location was good, easy to reach most of the addresses. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The interior was aesthetically curated. Stylish and comfortable furniture's. Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom very nice. Enjoyable atmosphere.

Amazing luxury apartments! Great atmosphere. It was a pleasure to go back to the apartment after a long day!We have been there for Christmas holidays! Michael was very helpful, pleasant, kind and professional. We will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Vienna! Location is good, very near the metro. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna, it is perfect and I’m super grateful that I had the opportunity to stay there.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a super quiet area. We did not hear any sound from the outside or other guests. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Lots of food options nearby weather you want to eat at a restaurant or make something for yourself in the kitchen available in the apartment. Parking is available around the corner at the Interspar and it costs 16 euro a day.

Major problem in newly refurbished apartments, A/C design is awful, operating like poor district heating system, all on or all off. This needs resolving, will be horrible in the summer.

The pillows were with feather down by default - I had allergy and due to late arrival had to sleep the first night without a pillow. Next day the issue was solved by the staff. If you have dust allergy, mention it in the booking.

The layout of the room was functional and you can find everything you need to cook. Studio was very clean and quiet. Warm in winter (February). Location is convenient. Stylish stay!

It wasn't dirty, but not fully clean either. Some stains on the wall and the table, big spider in the corner, and a good amount of dust on surfaces. Also rooms get cleaned every 4 days, and since we stayed for 4 nights, we haven't got room service (however they did mention that we can specifically ask if we need any services outside of the 4 days period, such as cleaning, new towels etc, I'm not sure if that would have been free of charge)

It's spacious, TV was great, and the kitchen was fully equipped!

The mattress and pillows were too soft.

7mins walk to Längenfeldgasse Station where the U4 can connect to pretty much anywhere. Meidling Markt is just behind the apartment. The Markt has some pretty good eateries. Interspar is also a short walk away. Michael responds to emails very promptly.
