The entrance to the apartment is unappealing, quite unkempt. This may be the case in many city apartments. Note the elevator is very small. Just enough room for 2 people and 2 suitcases. The bedroom pillows are too soft and overused. The bed mattress is too soft also. The couch in the living room is better to sleep on. Just to note, the bath is quite high to get into. Also no non - slip mat in the bath, just be careful not to slip.

Location is excellent. Just across the bridge from the main city centre. There is a tram stop right outside the apartment. When coming from the airport the VAL 2 bus brings you to Schwedenplatz. Then you simply cross the Marienbrucke bridge and the apartment is on the left right after the Budapest bagel Cafe. Very good facilities- gas hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher with tablets, washing machine with washing liquid supplied, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Plenty of room in the apartment. No AC in the apartment but we didn't need it in April. In the summer this may be lacking. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing host! Super responsive, thoughtful and helpful. She has really thought of everything when it comes to the apartment! Anything you could possibly need was provided and the apartment was super cute. The bed was the most comfortable we came across on our travels as well. Great location too! Just a short walk to the center and only a block to metro but on a nice quiet street.

Bit noisy due to the busy road - definitely need to keep windows closed at night and wear earplugs, if light sleeper. We were expecting, due to the name, to have a waterview - it is around the corner, not visible from the apartment.

Very spacious apartment with lovely lounge room and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and nice, though small bathroom. Good central location. Quite light and bright.

The shower screen wasn’t fixed so when you showered the water would run onto the floor - not a huge deal - just an observation.

Excellent location across the bridge from the centre and metro. We walked everywhere we wanted to see. The apartment was spacious and clean and very thoughtfully fitted out with lots of little comforts in the kitchen which made it very homely. We really enjoyed our stay.

No air-conditioning and on a hot weather it was uncomfortable 🥵. If you are looking for piece and quiet... That's not the place for you. We could hear the street and traffic all night, we almost couldn't sleep.

The apartment was huge and very well equipped. Cristina though about everything! There were even umbrellas that we could use in case of a need. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, she helped us with all we needed, including the taxi to airport on the departure day. The apartment located in the centre, lots of restaurants and shops near by, close to public transportation.

To say something. Double bed was too soft for us, although I know that the hardness is a very personal matter (in our case We solved the problem sleeping in the sofas at the living room)

The appartment is perfectly appointed (just name me an item or a detail you might need...and there it was! Unbelievable) Really, owners make a great job to make you feel at home. Besides, Stephan platz is just a few minutes walking. We also loved the neighborhood from this side of the river...and Arnold Schwarzenneger's huge publicity figure welcoming us every time getting in & out of the appartment (ha,ha!)

I appreciate the opportunity to reach the apartment even if we were late with the fly, without making the hosts wait for us. All the indication were easy to understand and to use Position of the apartment was really central, allowing us to reach the most important things to see also by foot!

There was a weird smell at the beginning (like burnt plastic), but luckily we got rid of it when we left windows opened & went for dinner.

I especially liked the extra utensils like hairdryer, towel, shower gel & shampoo, coffee, tea. It's great to have these provided by the host when you're traveling light.

It is at a major intersection, so you do get city traffic noise.

Location, Apartment, Host.... Everything was easy and great! Very helpful and supportive host. Apartment is on walking distance from the center and many of the attractions, rooms are great size and very well maintained,equipped and cleaned! Great place to be!
