Wulfenia deserves a 10 because of the hospitality, the very good service and customer friendliness of the staff, the excellent food and the good facilities. There is simply nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back.

Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The parking in front of the hotel was full but the hotel staff helped with valet service and parked the car for us.

We stayed in three different rooms during our stay. In room number 420 is view on the emergency exit and the bathtub is really small even for a regular person. And if you take a bath for more than 10 minutes there is leakage of water. We should have similar rooms but for the same price 403 and 420 was totally different.

Personel was very helpful and kind. The services which hotel provides are great. Everything through restaurant wellness bar and ski room is wonderful. Really enjoyed the accomodation.

Foood!!! The best dinner ever, the staff were lovely and so kind. Everything from the start was excellent. We got the upgrade for the room, free of charge, and the slope is 50 meters from the hotel. After skiing you can relax in a pool or jacuzzi and have a nice afternoon tea. The hotel is equipped with the gym also and has 2 saunas. Perfect stay ❤️

First of all, I like the fact that this hotel pays attention to every detail. From entering and how to handle your car to lipstick and the other offerings in the bathroom, minibar that is free for the first refill, water that you get for the safe travel, shop where I could by a comb that I forgot... well done Wulfenia team! The dinner was really amazing, very delicious and its included in the price. On the leave you get 5% discount for the next time. Our room got upgraded, we got the view on the mountains and ski path. There are 2 warm outside pools, one of them is jacuzzi and there is also a gym. I liked the interior of the hotel, and big glass windows in the restaurant. I also liked hotel stuff were different nationalities, also mine, so I spoke my language and it felt like home.

My suggestion for the hotel is not to offfer “extras” such a 5% discount for the next stay (very nice until you read it’s valid three and a half months ... ), free minibar on the first day (also very nice until you open the door and see the poorest mini bar you can remember – no wine or beer) and free tea service and cakes during the day – in reality no cakes, a sufficient selection of teas but no hot water... No “extras” = no disappointments.

The position of the hotel right on the slopes-you can ski in/ski out, beautiful wellness with outside pool and jacuzzi where you can ring the bell to your waiter to bring you some drinks😃. The whole staff-everyone from the reception, waiters,bartender,sommelier-everyone was great,kind and helpful people always smiling and ready to help. Great food,both breakfast and dinner. Nice and super clean rooms. We will come back for sure!😊

I never give feedback to my bookings but in this case I ll make a big exception. Our stay at Wulfenia was just awesome. The hotel manager greeted us in person and served meals for us. The chef prepared incredible meals. The staff was very nice and in general the word "problem" doesnt exist during your stay at Wulfenia. The interior is full of nice and funny design pieces. Definitely will come back to Wulfenia. Wulfenia is the new black 😁

We had a lovely stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with a nice view of the mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for sports activities in the surrounding area. In case of bad weather, you can enjoy the beautiful spa possibilities of this hotel. And finally, the dining and service- excellent!

Wide variety of breakfast. Dairy products, cold meats, salami, cheeses, hot and cold drinks, vegetables, fruits, sweets, scrambled eggs are also available on request. Varied 5-course dinner. The spa meets all your needs!

Although the hotel confirmed in advance that the will inform the chef about our dietary restrictions (gluten-free), our needs were more or less ignored. In most cases there was only one gluten-free option available with no attempts to make more options available. The waiters in the bar area completely ignored some of the guests. We spent some hours there without having been asked once by a waiter.

The best location in the entire ski resort in terms of ski-in-and-out. Spa&pool area is outstanding, in particular the outdoor pools. Quality of food is high quality cuisine. Staff is very friendly and helpful in general.
